So uncomfortable with Chase. The worst person that you can have serving your customers. I set at drive through for 10 minutes, called 1st time no answer. 2nd time he answered “hello” and I asked about my order as I was telling him no one had come to window, he hung up on me. He came to window extremely mad at me and said I’m just trying to do my job and get out of here. They’d only been open 15 minutes. Slammed my food on counter and wouldn’t hand it to me. Someone else handed to me. He was extremely me and I was scared of his behavior. Trying to find out who owns this one .

Horrible customer service. The 3 male employees you had working today were not helping anyone when I walked in and they took a while to even acknowledge I was there. They sounded bothered when one of them finally decided to ask what I wanted. I just walked out because if this is the type of training you give your employees I’m glad to take my businesses somewhere else.

Never have a good experience here. 3 out of 4 times the order was wrong, they were out of items....like bread, and the employees are rude.

I placed my order at 12:00 and wasn’t ready till 12:50, put a little note about removing inner soft part of bread they didn’t do so, and one of my sandwiches was supposed to be toasted but unfortunately they didn’t do that as well, cashier was not friendly. So disappointed

The bread was hard as if it was double toasted or over cooked. I had a foot long cold cut no toast, it was difficult to choose toppings due to they were all mixed with other toppings. Yessinia made my sandwich it was like she was not there. No one greeted any customers.
The service was fine but the vegetables looked like they had sat there for a few days untouched. I usually put pickles on my sandwich but was scared. Maybe the district manager should walk in in announced and see for themselves. I have never seen it look this way. I stop almost every time I’m at the doctor. Also the good smell did not hit me when I walked in the door. No odor at all.

This Subway is very convenient to get to from the main highway in Abilene Tx, very clean, with great sandwich selections, great service staff, pleasant atmosphere and ample parking...An enjoyable experience...Highly recommend!
