The tuna look terrible it was the bottom of the container they did not freshen up the container for me I refused it..

Always out of bread constantly. Tried to order and they are literally out of all the bread other than flat bread. This has happen multiple time. I don't understand how a sandwich shop that uses bread as their main thing to make their food can allow themselves to run out of bread constantly.

got there to pick up my order. no greeting as I walk in. no music at all. asked for extra olives barely got any and veggies taste like pickles even though I ordered no pickles. wrap wasnt wrapped properly according to the standard and had no mayo as requested.

Stopped in here headed to the hospital, it's Subway so it should be quick, well it was not quick BUT it was ok. Marissa was the only one working, on a Saturday which is crazy. I get people call in but as a manager you have to suck it up and go in. Marissa was amazing and had a sense of urgency to get customers take care of. Shame on the manager for leaving her to fend for herself!

Manager is rude food was sloppy and they put onions on my wife's sandwich when it said no onions and she is highly allergic to onions. Complain about me bring food back to be remade.

Charlene and Jose were truly exceptional in all areas of service: professional, courteous, extremely helpful, great personalities, and made excellent sandwiches. Above and beyond. I hope Management reads this review. Charlene and Jose are wonderful assets to the Subway franchise.

Ordered for lunch on the app and had my sister pick it up.When she got there to pick it up, The place wasn’t even open yet. even though the app said it was ready. So she had to wait 20 minutes for them to open and then for them to make my sandwich. Not a place you wanna order if you’re short on time
Guy with tattoos working there was absolutely amazing! he was the only worker doing anything, made 2 of my sandwich’s aswell as the ones online and was still taking about 5 people orders, while the lady in the back was doing nothing, she came out and he said he didn’t mean to upset her by her choosing to stay and she made an argument and started yelling at him in front of people trying to make it seem like it was all his fault. Props to the guy working he deserves a raise or something, only going back to that subway for the dude working there he was definitely trying his hardest. 10/10 customer service!

Great Service! I have one major complaint; there was only one lady on staff making sandwiches! She had a massive line and online orders to fill! She kept an amazing attitude through it all, and I’m incredibly grateful for that! My food came out great, and my only complaint is that she had to do it alone. I had submitted my order at 1:20pm and waited 30 minutes until I received it. Again, great job to the lady on staff! Maybe management should include an extra staff member for peak hours? Either way, great location, great people, great service!
