Food was good. Customer Service was bad. This lady did not communicate well on how long I had to wait while she was working on an order. She rushed me and keeped asking over again and had to repeat my order to her a couple of times. She touched things in the other room and didn't change her gloves, so I asked to change them and got mad. Please don't hire people with bad attitudes, please be respectful and be kind.

The female employee is great super nice and helpful. The male employee with glasses and dark hair. Doesn't know how to do his job. He is rude. And purposely skipped over my different sandwich orders numerous times. It honestly felt like racism because I am latina. And the Christian music so loud.

I placed a mobile order online and the employee called me and told me they didn't have the bread of my choice so I asked him to cancel the order and he never canceled it and still charged me. I call the next day to get a refund and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it and that I have to call corporate. I look up corporate phone number and there is no number only an online contact form. How does a business not have the ability to refund or cancel an order? I won't be back.
