They do not take the majority of coupons. Might as well throw away the coupon sheet in the mail. Better to go to another fast food place near by.

This place is in a constant state of disarray. Anytime I do a pickup order, it takes forever, like 40+ minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, I’ll get notified that my order is ready for pickup, and get there, and it hasn’t even been made yet. Today, I ordered a delivery and tried to order from a different store, but it defaulted to this store because it’s the closest one to me. They put mayonnaise and black olives on my kids' meatball sandwich! WTH! 🤢 Not to mention the other sandwiches are almost bare, just hard old bread.

I was on my lunch break. Already waited behind 3 ppl with only one sandwich to make for 15-20min bc the workers move like sloths. The black girl making sandwiches wasn’t the friendliest. I get up there to be told it’ll be longer bc they have online orders to make. I left. I’ll never go back. Shitty service and ppl shouldn’t have to wait like that bc of online ordering.

Hello, I was in the subway store to buy a 6inch and a footlong. I waited in line for 25 minutes when there was only 1person a head of us. The employees seem to have no sense of Urgency. the guy who made are sandwich put them in the toaster and then procced to go on break. Then the other lady who was working in the store, took the Old senile ladys order behind us and help her, when we were next in line. basically skipping us. this is the worse subway in Abilene. Please feel free to contact me about this issue.

Please ensure that all employees at this location are working hard and not just the one guy doing all of the work that was there around 7-8 PM earlier tonight. The female employee was leaving him with all of the work making sandwiches while she was stacking cups up on the counter. I don't have all day when I am waiting on orders and it was a total waste of time and company labor for her to be in the background standing there while the one dude was working his tail off.

The quality of this store has diminished severely. Stuff that should be cold is warm. Stuff that should be hot is cold...which to me is gross. I'm gonna have to find a different location.

This was a new Subway for me. They were comparable to the others. The food was fresh. The guys were friendly and fast, and seem to have a good number of customers. I didn't find an all vegetable option.

At McDonald's now, bc there was a male subway worker with no beard hair covering, and although he was wearing a cap he had longer salt n pepper hair. One of his loose long greys was wedged between his collar and his neck waiting to fall into someone's food. I couldn't do it.

Employees yelling and arguing too much to listen to the customers. One employee in particular, I had to yell everything at for him to hear me and everything I said was answered with an agitated "what". Ignored me and moved on to the next customer when I tried to add to my order. I told the other man but the person doing meats and cheese was already busy with a family. Then, they moved on to the next customer after that ASSUMING THAT WED ALREADY PAID FOR THE ITEMS THAT HE DIDNT LET ME ORDER.
