Worker stood outside and smoked a cigarette before coming in to serve us. Did not wash her hands before trying to start our order. When she was asked to wash her hands she got an attitude. So I reminded her that health codes states that she must wash her hands before handling the food after she smoked and was wiping her hands all over the top of the car she just put her cigarette out on. She then burned the sandwich and then said that she couldn’t cut the tomatoes in half before she put them on the sandwich. She had a bad attitude and ruined the sandwich all because she didn’t want to do her job correctly and clean her hands. We refused the food and went to another subway that did their job well. We used to go to the first subway at least twice a week for food and never had a problem. But now we will not return to that one ever again and we will start going to the one on Pine Street instead.

Lunch and a show! The restaurant was clean, the service was somewhat timely, and our sandwiches were amazing. But the best part was watching the employees as I ate. They were single handedly the funniest, most interesting people I’ve ever seen. They have a sweet dynamic. Lily I hope you and you coworkers live the best lives.

When you have more than 3 people in line you need to have the prepper come up front to help serve customers. No one should be in line for 20 minutes.

When I walked in there was a few people in front of me and i seen the guy have a attitude and was throwing containers around. When i finally got to the front the guy was literally sliding the sandwiches down with attitude and the sandwiches where coming off the papers they put then on. Horribe customer service

Just came by this afternoon and had employee working on mine and my husband sandwich with such an attitude. Didn’t even get a ,”hello welcome in.” Nothing. Both our sandwiches were made very poorly and bread was still pretty doughy. When more customers started coming into the restaurant, the employee would very knowingly sigh very loudly. And seemed to be annoyed in general. Don’t give your money to this establishment! Or gratuity to the employees!

I swear everytime I come here, there is always an issue. Either the employees have an attitude or they just don't care. I legit paid for my sandwich to have extra meat. The 50% more to be exact but I want yall to look at this picture and tell me if that is even enough for an original sandwich to begin with. I have no issue with any other subway but this one. On top of that the employee a young female wanted to argue about it but the manager said nothing until I called about it and then he wanted to argue with me about it. They really need to do better, I worked for subway before and I did better than this. Smh

Iv just read reviews after my meal here tonight . I can't believe there is no customer service training or checks n balances ofthese workers ,the two young people serving clearly hate working period. I asked if drink comes with combo because I dont go to subway but my daughter wanted it tonight, the young boy said 3 times I don't know with an agrivated attitude .he was annoyed at every customer he waited on before me and after and he and his coworker argued about who washed or replaced the parmesaen lid, in front of us customers while ordering. I could feel the eyes rolling in their heads as I said please and thank you alot so my child could get her sandwich. Unbelievable that after the reveiw I read stating there was a complete firing and new employees hired that it's still not under control of decent kind employees . Sure I'm completely ok with mistakes in food prep., but attitudes and disrespect are not mistakes but are sadly poor character flaws that can be changed with proper raising by parents and or good training from management. To the children working tonight please quit and reevaluate who you are and what you want to do in life . Serve your neighbor with love or serve your self with loathing . I pray for your hearts to soften .

Ordered a meatball sandwich and the sandwich was cold and the center of the meatballs were still FROZEN! Disgusting.

It was a good night at Subway. As per suggestion I got the Ultimate BMT and it was awesome made just the way it listed on the menu. The girls of course dry ham or turkey and cheese lol at least they eat the bread here unlike that other place!

I wish I could 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. I place my orders through the app so i can just pick it up and go but every single time they are NEVER ready. I placed an order today and when I pulled up they weren’t busy (at all) so I went inside to get my order and it wasn’t ready but the employees were just sitting in the back doing nothing. What is the point of being able to place mobile orders if they aren’t even going to make the food?? Never going to this subway again and so wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Pine street location is so much better.
