This new manager lady does not listen. My sandwich was not at all what I ordered. She just couldn't wait for the cigarette.

I went up here earlier and had the worst service. I asked for my sandwich to be LIGHTLY toasted instead, my sandwich was over toasted and it was burnt in some areas. I asked for another one no attitude or anything I just asked regular. Gloria catches an attitude and slams my sandwich down like she lost her mind. Keep in mind,This lady is old as hell she's like 60 something, like she has gray hair and everything.Girl, you are entirely too old to be acting like that.That's not my fault that you're 60 something working at Subway.But anyways, thank you to the man who kindly remade my sandwich silently and kept it moving.That's all she had to do and on top of that I always get my sandwiches plain so even then it wasn't even that much of a hassle to remake the sandwich because there was only two people in line, INCLUDING ME.

Cooking With Jacob !

Absolutely the worst subway in Abilene! It Takes forever. The food is sub-par. And the floor and tables are always filthy. No one ever cleans anything.

I have been to this place many times in the past. I went to eat there and I have never seen it look that dirty. The tables were dirty and the floors were dirty and sticky. There were spots on the floor that people had walked through and the dirt has accumulated on top of it. Under the tables there are crumbs and trash under there. I left and went elsewhere for lunch.

Placed an order online. Said he was building it and that it was completed and ready to be picked up. I went to go pick it up and he tells me that he hasn’t even made the order yet. It’s already been about 15-20 minutes since I placed it. Instead of making my order, he takes the next person in line. Had a friend here that kept coming up to him and talking.

Will update if they ever start employing more than 1 person to run the entire business. If you have 2 online orders come in, with 2 people waiting in person to get a sandwich. You're looking at around a 30-40 minute wait for your order due to them running the show with 1 employee.
