I bought some food last night got it home and it was made wrong. Went there today and the Night Manager made everything right for me. All you have to do is make your problem known and they will make it right . Thank you S 14th st Abilene Texas.

Now I remember why I haven’t been to Taco Bell in 2 years. And the wait time after paying for my food was unreal. Wish I hadn’t had to pay first. I would have walked and and they would’ve deserved to be out what 2 tacos cost……2 tacos!!! That was all I needed. And the lobby was almost empty

My recent experience at Taco Bell was disappointing due to a mix-up with my order, which was compounded by the apparent lack of focus from the staff. While I support the legalization of marijuana, it seems inappropriate for employees to be under its influence while on the job. This situation not only affected the quality of service but also raised concerns about the overall professionalism of the establishment.

Not a huge fan of dealing with an automated system who doesn't understand my order. On top of that I specifically asked for no lettuce, which the AI got correctly after multiple times asking & had to pick multiple pieces off before giving my son his food. 🙄🙄

Took almost an hour to get my food, they served several people who ordered after me, they couldn't even refill or take care of the sofa machine in the cafe lobby area. Didn't seem like they could even keep track of the orders and food that goes to each order. Due to them skipping my order they caused me and my husband to return to our jobs late.

This place is awful no one is being supervised these kids that are behind the counter seem to think that it's a game or a joke with people's food it is the most awful experience that I've ever had I recommend no one ever show up here or have someone really look into this place

The dinning room opened 30 minutes late and they employee still would not let customers in. When she finally let them in she was very rude. Come to find out she was the manager on duty. After allowing us in they refused to wait on myself and another customer even though I could see my order was completed and ready for me to take. Definitely not how a manager should lead, or how customer service is done. 😞
Got the street tacos they were messy and wrapped messy, also ordered a steak melt burrito, got a burrito with straight chicken and nothing else. The guy at the window couldn't even speak and they were out of sauce but just gave whatever instead of saying something. :)

There was hardly any beef, steak cheese or anything on anything I ordered I know they have to portion but this is ridiculous. They just called my name dropped my food on the counter and took off didn't give me my drink, when I asked the lady for my cup she acted like I was just an annoyance. Anyway bad food and bad service I won't be back here good thing they have several other locations because I love taco bell and they do a much better job. I normally don't do this but I've never seen a business so careless and unprofessional this location needs some help bad!
