They were out of all meats except chicken. They were out of sauce. Got a chicken quesadilla. I opened my bag and the chicken was wadded into a ball to where it was falling apart. Terrible customer service. Long wait.

This taco bell location is terrible. I have never in my life seen this slow of service ever. This is horrible. An hour for taco bell to deliver for Uber is not acceptable. We wait, customer cancels, make no money. Over and over. Not once but every time. Do better corporate and take this location off your darn system.

This is the absolute worst restaurant in Abilene right now. It's the most poorly ran and disorganized and even when they have 9 or 10 employees the wait times are still like 30 minutes or more I was in there last night and a guy was waiting for an hour. Be very wary with coming to get Taco Bell on a Sunday night. Cause despite placing an app order to prevent waiting and receiving an incorrect order, you will be waiting 30+ mins to get your order only to not get your entire order.

All of the staff was moving in slow motion with no initiative to address customers. It took us almost 30 min to get our order. As we all know, the drive-through is all voice AI, and order kiosks replace human cashiers inside the store. This is already frustrating enough, but to have 4 employees move so slow and make no attempts to communicate..that is downright chilling. 30 min for a 5 or so item order? Thats ridiculous, but then again, this is all my option and evaluation of this establishment at the particular time. Maybe the next time I go I wont have that experience. That is why I am going to give this establishment a 1 star rating. Not all taco bells in abilene are like this, as I have visited all of them in abilene. Many times. This one just needs major corrections in their employees general communication skills and overall work efficiency.

Gave me old food, I called to let them know I was coming back. Had to pack my kids back in the car just for them to give me more old food. Told them food is still old before leaving and I wanted a refund then they decided they wanted to drop fresh chalupas, told them no I want my refund because that should have been done when I first brought the food back.
