The first thing I noticed coming in on my lunch break was the smell and it was not the food I asked a employee what it was and they told me that they have had animals get into there walls and ventilation and die but besides that the food was great when I ate there

I have been a long-time customer of Taco Bueno. I love the food. last night, took the cake. I went to the one on Judge Ely. And when I arrived, it was three workers, two that were outside, arguing back and forth. Once I went in, I noticed one girl in there by herself. It looked like she had been crying and was overwhelmed. So I just left. And when I walked out, the same young man and woman were now kissing and walking back into the building. This is totally inappropriate. And I'm upset that I missed out on the great Mexican chips.

Service sucks. Sat in the drive through for 20 min 1 car in front of me drive through empty. The car in frount of me left and I even sat at the speaker for 10 min. and got nothing. Every time I try and get something here it's always poor quality. Honestly they need to shut this one down or find new employees

If there was a zero I would just how do I order a beef nacho salad and get no chips and lettuce, the how is a taco burger a burger with no meat we order 3 of them and only one has a decent amount of meat. This is absolutely the worst bueno I have ever been to. Personally I don’t like them anyway but the wife and kids DID untill now

This whole place sucks ass.. The manager that is working tonight 5/24 at 8:26 pm is rude as hell. They had no ice in the machine and was bitching about customers wanting ice. It is also 87 degrees outside and no ice in the restaurant. This place is absolutely horrible and disgusting

The service was short, rude, and acted like that was the last place they wanted to be. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was a soggy mess and was not very warm. Once again I should have trusted my nose. I only had a bite of it and had diarrhea later that night. I will never visit another Taco Bueno because of this experience. I hadn't been in a long time and this reminded me of why I stick with Rosa's down the street.

So i went through the drive thru and they were friendly. The only issue I had was the food. Highly seasoned both my burritos had a lot of whatever it was in the beef. Sodium for sure and I also got avocados on mine that were old. The taste was sour and I couldn't finish it. Haven't had Taco Bueno in about 20 years. Was it just a bad day for the location I don't know.
