It’s 5:58pm on Fri, Dec 19. The employees are nowhere to be seen as I stand at the counter to place my order. The restaurant is empty except for myself, and a man already dining with child. After calling out, and no response, I leave.

Very disappointed in tamale platter--only one tamale and stuff I couldn't eat. Very salty. Had to add a lot of Pico to absorb salt. Counter person got up on the wrong side if bed--Very unhappy 🙁

Here on 11 19. The worst I ever had! Great until blond haired man that is the manager today. I paid full price for my food. He left and the staff went WAY down hill from there. I iipgrew up in Abilene and my dad coached at ACU for 18 years. My idaughter and 2 great nephews came ninifrom DFW AREA for school. I tipped an lot of money to the staff tonight

Taco Bueno will never be better than 2 stars. They're usually quick because they're never busy and their prices are usually lower than other like places. If you're expected to be amazed by the food, lower your expectations.

Never had taco beuno before, decided to try cause of the party box advertisement ya know, why not right? Man were they rude lol that and very short with us. Not sure what I was really expecting cause I never see this location busy and there’s always something happening outside. food was mediocre and service was wack 👎🏻

My order was wrong. I went to Taco Bueno today about 12:15 p.m. I ordered 2 party fajita roll ups, 1 party burrito n a medium coke. I got one party burrito n one party roll up n one quisadilla. So disappointed!!!

Food was fine , actually had seasoning this time .
But the cashier was rude & seemed like he didn’t even want to be there , I had him through the drive through once and he wasn’t very nice either . And it was almost 80 degrees inside the restaurant itself . Wouldn’t recommend eating inside , or even going there.
Always great food! I am glad that over the years the quality and quality has not changed, like so many other fast food chains have. The service lacks a bit as does the atmosphere. The womens restroom door does not close and so also does not lock, so make sure you have someone guarding your door. Someone can and will walk in, happened to our daughter. My favorite is the BOB. Good classic that always hits the spot.

Kinda confused. Why? It was apparent when you handed me my food with a smirk you knew it was low quality. You don’t like your job? You want it to shut down? Food was cold and VERY low quality. As was service. It’s not hard to have high quality tacos. DO BETTER!!!
