Out of all the taco buenos the one on north 1st was very good they were not stingy with the anything they made it just like the pictures show not like all the others stingy on the meat the lettuce the Tomato’s it’s sad.

The it was 6 o'clock in the evening and the staff already had the line prepped for closing had trash bag over the cold rack. I had order 2 number 5's with nacho salads it was the skimpiest nacho salad I have ever gotten all ingredients were in the center. When I took back up the the girl from drive thru was rude as she is everytime when I have came in there. You ask for extra sauce thru drive thru she says no. You ask for a water cup and she says she has to charge full price for cup and I asked manager and she said no only If your getting large which I did not ask for large. I told them that the salads are not made right there was no cheese or tomatoes on salad and I didn't request sour cream either. And she said manager made it and that they can't tell a manager how to make the food. I asked manager who looks very new and she remade for me. I've worked at Bueno before and I know how to make the food and just tired of the girl in drive thru at N1st st location just rude for no reason..if you don't like your job then just quit food service is about customer service and she absolutely has none

The service was great the employees who took my order and served me had good attitude and even smiled and the food was pretty good especially the cheesecake chimi and the chicken salad bowl but not when it comes to the soad absolutely not first sip all I could taste was the carbonation which is not great when ordering a Dr pepper honestly if I didn't just come off a 12hr shift I would have said something in person other than that I would have enjoyed my first taco bueno experience
Service is always horribly slow I’ve been in the drive thru line almost a hour and it was only 5 cars total upon my arrival and my order still hasn’t been taken . And you can’t just “ leave “ because your stuck once your in the drive thru line . SMH. Won’t be back.

Took my family here for an early dinner about 40 minutes ago. The guy taking our order didn't even ring us up correctly. He charged me for two muchacos and the wholelotta platter. I asked for 2 Mucho Nauchos and repeated this to him twice. I would have been better off with the muchacos, probably.Both plates were swimming in grease, and my chips were practically see-through. Even took napkins to the plate to try and soak up some of the grease. Did not help much.So we decided to get something else. The girl who took our order has no personality and apparently almost no speaking ability either. She just looks at you with her eyebrow raised and her whole body radiates that she doesn't want to be there. The only words she said to me was "anything else"?The only bright side to my entire experience at this location was one of the cooks. The big guy in the back is very friendly and outgoing. He was very kind, making sure my order was sent out correctly.This is supposed to be the better of the two Taco Bueno's in Abilene. We make the longer drive despite living up the street from the Judge Ely location because of that.I am sorely disappointed with most of my visit.Please do better, Bueno. My family loves coming to eat at your places.

I went through the drive-in. Food was good. Except Bueno Burger was a little soggy. Also ordered Beef Burrito. I found out later at home they gave me a bean burrito with a wrapper that said Beef.???
