It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days maybe weeks. I shouldn't have even eaten there with how the lobby and restrooms looked, I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen.

Out of all the taco buenos the one on north 1st was very good they were not stingy with the anything they made it just like the pictures show not like all the others stingy on the meat the lettuce the Tomato’s it’s sad.

The it was 6 o'clock in the evening and the staff already had the line prepped for closing had trash bag over the cold rack. I had order 2 number 5's with nacho salads it was the skimpiest nacho salad I have ever gotten all ingredients were in the center. When I took back up the the girl from drive thru was rude as she is everytime when I have came in there. You ask for extra sauce thru drive thru she says no. You ask for a water cup and she says she has to charge full price for cup and I asked manager and she said no only If your getting large which I did not ask for large. I told them that the salads are not made right there was no cheese or tomatoes on salad and I didn't request sour cream either. And she said manager made it and that they can't tell a manager how to make the food. I asked manager who looks very new and she remade for me. I've worked at Bueno before and I know how to make the food and just tired of the girl in drive thru at N1st st location just rude for no reason..if you don't like your job then just quit food service is about customer service and she absolutely has none

After reading reviews online prior to going, I was very hesitant. We got there and every review I read was WRONG. Staff was nice and friendly, food was quick and good.

The service was great the employees who took my order and served me had good attitude and even smiled and the food was pretty good especially the cheesecake chimi and the chicken salad bowl but not when it comes to the soad absolutely not first sip all I could taste was the carbonation which is not great when ordering a Dr pepper honestly if I didn't just come off a 12hr shift I would have said something in person other than that I would have enjoyed my first taco bueno experience

Service is always horribly slow I’ve been in the drive thru line almost a hour and it was only 5 cars total upon my arrival and my order still hasn’t been taken . And you can’t just “ leave “ because your stuck once your in the drive thru line . SMH. Won’t be back.
