Walked in with family yesterday evening, and nobody was behind the counter. There were no other customers there either. When we drove off, we saw 2 employees outside the back door talking. Never had issues with the one on North 1st.

The service was fine they were nice. It was drive-thru so no atmosphere. Today the day after is bad. The chips were so old and stale I don't know what oil they're using but it's not good. It looked like the stuff was just slapped on and there was no hot sauce given. But it really doesn't matter because it was like I was eating really old food. And I will not be eating fast food anymore after this. I grew up here and Taco Bueno was one of the best places to go eat at some point not anymore and it's like that for a bunch of fast food places it's just not good for you.
We ordered 46 dollars worth and still didn't get our 2 cheesecake chimis and large coke with our combo

Me and Wife and son went there today for Lunch had to wait 30-40 minutes to get our food and it was NOT busy. We got our food and they messed up on an order the person at the cashier was making orders but slamming orders I guess that he kept messing up on in trash. Other customers came in he didn’t even acknowledge them so they left without ordering. I love Taco Bueno but for some reason this one is always messing up! This isn’t the first time this place did me like this. I will not be going to this one again. The north 1st is the best one to goto.

This used to be the only fast food Mexican food we would do, but in the last few years, it has continually gone down Hill. I loved the fact that everything used to be fresh made. Now the kitchen is not clean, the service is OK, but no one is in uniform and looking presentable, tables are always dirty, beans too salt on several occasions, and I've even gotten food poisoning from the chicken. I hope that this makes it to someone who matters, because I would love to see the old Taco Bueno come back.
