One of the best places we go for great drinks, energy, and enjoyment. The staff are all unique and fun individuals that always make my wife and I laugh. We go every or every other day and utilize the rewards program.

So disappointed.. My family and I went yesterday for the first time, after we left and got back home my husband checked his email for a receipt, the employee had tipped herself! Without his permission! We literally made our own drinks and did everything OURSELVES, and she decided it was okay to tip herself without his consent. Not cool, and NOT okay.

We regularly come here and the staff is wonderful and the drinks are great. The reason that we come here is because my son‘s girlfriend works here. However, recently, Abilene had a great bit of rain that led to flooding. My son was in the store getting tea when the heavy rain started, and it began to flood the street in front of the store. He decided to wait it out instead of driving in water. He waited 45 minutes. Sitting at the table, not disrupting any staff or other customers. The manager on duty at that time (Maddie sp?) proceeded to To give a written warning to my son’s girlfriend that My son was in the store too long.
The manager outright abused Her position. That is not a leader. And that is not acceptable to reprimand an employee for a customer trying to be safe.
I too in a Business Owner and this would never be acceptable behavior
