So disappointed.. My family and I went yesterday for the first time, after we left and got back home my husband checked his email for a receipt, the employee had tipped herself! Without his permission! We literally made our own drinks and did everything OURSELVES, and she decided it was okay to tip herself without his consent. Not cool, and NOT okay.

Love tea2go and this won’t stop me from coming it just caught me so off guard , last night me and my mother went to get two London fogs about 35 min before closing yes i understand they need to brew them but that would take at most 10 minutes out of their time, the girl ringing it up was sweet but the one in the back made a snobby face and seemed annoyed and told the girl at the front they only had one brewer out and it would be an 8 minute brew… I asked “is that an inconvenience” and she flat out said “yes”. I was honestly just stunned that she basically told me she didn’t feel like doing her job because 8 minutes is just too long!!
It’s so sad how the Night Shift has to do more work because the morning shift slacks at BOTH stores. I also don’t understand why the customer service is so sad, especially from Kadence. I’ve been going here for years and haven’t had a problem until her.

If they had a negative star i would give it to them. They can never make a drink completely. The girls that work they are the rudest I’ve ever seen. I’ve asked to speak to the manager more than once. At this point I don’t even think they have a manager. Because the place is completely run by idiots.
