The tea was okay but the muffin they gave us was so hard I couldn't put my teeth in it or break it apart at all. The muffin they gave my boyfriend tasted like mold. We went back and showed them that the muffin didn't break at all but they weren't bothered by it. I worry about the rest of the products being expired as well.....

I asked if they do the 5 gallon juggs, they said yes but they don't have a sanitary station. They gave me hot water came out of a janitor closet looked like and didn't even switch the lid. I asked if it was even filter water and they said yes but I doubt it. My advice don't get your water here.

I usually get the tea bar and it's always clean with a good variety of flavors. Can't go wrong for a refreshing treat.

Tried 2 flavors of Tea2go energy..... tropical sangria and gummy worms. Terrible idea. Wasted 10 minutes, $12 and I'm still thirsty. Gross.

I usually go here once a week and it’s usually very nice service, but today this young girl was VERY rude for no reason. She had an attitude and over filled my cups. It was spilling out of the sides.Horrible experience.

Told me they their credit card machine is down only cash then didn't want to accept $50 bill for a $30 ticket then told me to pull around where they told me they would bring it out because of the brew time. They never brought out I had to go in and get it sitting on the counter. P.s I finally went in to get it when all customers were gone and they were not attending anyone so there really were no excuses except for just bad customer service!!!
Good stuff but not very quick usually. I love to try the teas they have that you can make yourself and the food is usually pretty good too.

My wife went in to get drinks for the office and the experience she told me she had is ridiculous I told her next time some one tells you they don't want your money just leave.

I've gone here twice, the first time the drink wasn't made right, but I usually go to the Southside one and know it tastes wonderful when made right, the second time was good but the staff was spaced out and not really helpful. The staff on the Southside are always friendly and knowledgeable but the ones at this location just seem like it's a burden to help you or that they just really don't want to be there.
