Got burgers Sunday night, 11-24-24, looked like the patties were boiled or microwaved. One wasn't even cooked through, not medium, not medium rare... it fell apart raw. I waited a good 20-30 min for them for to-go they only had 2-3 tables sat and 2 had food already so I'm not sure what I was waiting for since the patties were the way they were. Horrible experience.
