100% hands down some great Bar B Que!! Generous portions, perfect temperatures, beans delicious, potatoes salad on point!! Brisket best smoked flavor and tender, ribs are falling off the bone tender and such smoked flavor and the crust on the meat is excellent!! Ate 2 days in a row…and was consistent!! Excellent customer service!! Called my order in was hot and boxed!!

We were in town for the weekend to attend a family function and decided to host 10-12 family members at our AirBnB for dinner. BBQ was on the menu, but from where? TheShed and Jay's BBQ close up or run out of food by dinner time, so I searched for a joint that we could call in an order and pick it up. We selected the Rib Crib and were pleasantly surprised. This is not a restaurant per se; there is no seating. The ONLY option is to pick up your order. I called in an hour before for our large order
The meat was excellent. This is a one-person show and she does a fantastic job on the meats and sides. The brisket was chocked full of flavor and the bark was peppery and smokey, which we prefer. The ribs and sausage were also fantastic. Don't forget to top your order off w/ peach cobbler.
Remember to check your order for accuracy before you leave!
Overall, very pleased with our BBQ meal.

Typical barbecue. My son and I stopped by on the way back to DFW. Everyone we met was super nice. The lady who owned the place was just like an auntie. We didn't get much to eat, just a rib sandwich and an order of greens. It was good. If I come back that way, I'll try some other meats.
