Best spot for a nice fruit smoothie. I always enjoy the smoothies from tropical smoothie cafe. We got a Mango Monsoon Smoothie and a Sunshine smoothie. Both of them were really good although the mango Monsoon Smoothie was better.

Experience was very disturbing mainly because the Mason guy was very unprofessional with his hair falling out everywhere so he needs a hair net because it’s not appetizing and he’s not doing anything just looking at everyone in line and walking away but the only people seemed to be doing stuff was the girls by themselves because they got it done and were very respectful.

I stopped by to get a drink. There was 4 employees. Not one of them greeted me. One employee did nothing but drink her own smoothie and talked to a guy setting in a corner. The lady at the drive thru had to take my order. The customer awareness needs to be addressed by the owner. Food servers should not be eating or drinking. In front of customers.. bad experience today.

I do doordash, and every time i've picked up from this location.There have been items missing from the delivery. Well, yes, we're supposed to make sure the items are there. We're also not allowed to go through and open up the items to look at the items And out of the fifteen dashes that i've done from this location.All fifteen have missed an item.

I stopped by Friday morning (during their rush!) for a little pick-me-up. I got a mobile order for a smoothie and a quesadilla and both were great. It took a little longer than expected since they were so busy but still only about 5 minutes and the team made sure to check in with me.
What stood out to me most though was how friendly the team was. I work in food service myself and know how hectic and short everyone can be with each other during a rush. However, everyone working was communicating with each other and uplifting each other. Amber, who I believe is a manager, was supporting and commending the team after the rush and that recognition will always make a team want to do their best for their customers. I look forward to my next visit!

I had the Açaí bowl with Nutella and it was amazing, along with the hummus veggie wrap and a tasty side of corn.
The atmosphere was so laid-back and relaxing, almost like a coffee shop. Great music was playing—New Day by Sofia, Me, Myself, and I by 5 Seconds of Summer, Go by Cody Fry, Be the Change by Britt Nicole, and Far Closer by Anjaya Triyana—which made staying even more enjoyable. The floor was gorgeous; I wished I could have it in my own house. Around 3–4 p.m., it got busier, giving the place a lively vibe.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience.

Very clean store. The manager is very oriented on presentation and it is very much appreciated. Staff is very professional and smoothies are great!
I was the only person in the dining area. There was one person in the drive through and there were five teenagers working. Two were sitting in the dining area on their phones, two were behind the counter talking and one was helping the person in the drive through. I stood at the counter for ten minutes without being noticed. Since I was on my lunch break I finally left to go somewhere else. Terrible terrible service!!
