I got the chicken tender and fries, my girlfriend got the shroom burger, and cheese bites. My chicken tenders were super salty and cold by the time I got them, my girlfriends food was cold, but the cheese bites were good. Took the food back and the cooks were talks smack the whole time they were asked to fix the food. They replaced my meal and warmed my girlfriends food up and brought them back to us. My now grilled burger tasted like rubber and the bacon was so salty as well. Don't see myself going back anytime soon, but the cashier thar helped us in the front was super sweet. She had great customer service and was trying so hard to fix our issues. Not sure what her name was but, thank you for doing amazing!

Not that impressed, 3 burgers, 3 drinks , and one extra fries was 60 bucks. Burgers were luke warm and bland and over pressed (dry)fries were cold and cheese on top wasn't even melted. Order was taken quickly food... took 50 minutes and they were steady but not slammed . , honestly probably won't be back

I would go to this place 2 to 3 times a week. Always the same. Walk up to register. Place order. Grab food and leave. Always to go cause I prefer eating at work. Foods always hot Always nice and enjoyable. Yet last time I went they left the food just open on countertop for a while. I asked for them to remake it they did. Got to work. Food was nice and hot. No issue. Come this time food set on counter they watched me watching them. Get to work. Fries cold, burger bearly warm. Called to speak to manager. She called me a ma'am. Multiple times. I go there Multiple times a week.... so unfortunately they just lost my business.

Nice play to stop on your way out.Burgers were good, but the fries are a seperate charge just fyi.The kids loved it, and loved the ice cream afterwards.The Smore shake was soo good!Only cons was the rude boy who took our order, and there were several dirty tables all around and lots of kids just standing around.And also the barrels of pickles was cool, but all of the lids are broken and fall straight into the barrel and I can only imagine how many hands reach in to get it every day.

Honestly the staff was rude and not helpful at all. Watched multiple orders get taken before mine, I only ordered a side, and when asked about it then the staff quickly tapped my order off the screen and looked back to see if I was watching with a smirk on his face but that’s fine.
Been a couple of times. 1st time was really good but the service was awful. 2nd time we went all of our food was burnt. Service was awful

Not impressed. Staff was not friendly. Looked like a bunch of unhappy kids. My burger was dry and my fries were bits and pieces like I got the bottom of the bag. They were not hand punched fries! The setting is fancy for a burger joint. Looks nice. Atmosphere is okay. The pickle thing was strange. I wouldn’t recommend it.
