Vagabond Pizza is a true gem in the heart of Abilene, Texas. We tried the Lucia pizza and the Elote Arancini for an appetizer (covered in Chile Verde, it has the sweetness of the corn and just enough heat from the Verde). And the pizza.... All the pizzas are wood-fired with perfect crusts. The Lucia is drizzled with a sweet/spicy jalapeno jelly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, beers, and wines they have. Definitely worth a trip.

Everyone was super kind and the food was the BEST!!!!
This place not only has incredible food but the service was amazing. Tavish was our waiter and he was one of the best we’ve had. He gave great food and drink recommendations and we enjoyed chatting with him. When I come back I plan to be sat in his section again.

My friend and I sat at the bar last night and had a great time chatting with Morgan, the bartender. She was warm and kind and knowledgeable about the wine list. The wine selection was excellent. Food was great too! Definitely going back to Vagabond the next time I visit Abilene!

Delicious and unique flavors! Don't come here expecting plain or regular pizza menu items. Everything we have tried is packed with flavor and something a little bit different than other pizza places. I also really appreciate that they have new things to try on their menu every week. I also highly recommend trying one of their special wine dinners if you ever get the chance!

This place is a fantastic gem , everything was spot on from the moment entered, wait time was short, hostess was personable and friendly, atmosphere was nice, low noise level, place was clean , server was great, food and drinks were great......no bad experience, highly recommend
All around a great experience! We had the bread and butter, vagabond salad, meatball, Lucia pizza and margherita pizza. All were really delicious! So delicious, in fact, I completely forgot to take pictures. There was a 30 minute wait for a table, but they took our phone number to call when our table was ready so we could hang out at Minter park. It worked out great!
Service was great..The pizza was almost perfect the tomato sauce was not too overwhelming..Had just enough flavor...The staff were very nice and attentive...Surprising discovery just passing through
