This location is a joke. The system they have is absolutely terrible, they put the drinks on a rack well before the food is ready. After doing a mobile order and them telling you it's almost done, they make you wait an extra 45 minutes. Then come to find out they put it under the counter and didn't even try to call the name. On top of that they have a fly problem.
If you're looking for cold food and to waste you time, this is the place.

Ordered my food at 1 to be ready by 1:45. I didn’t need it until 2 but added 15m in case they were busy. I arrived at 2 and still had to wait 10 to 15m wasting half of my break/eating time. This happens to me 4/5 times. I contact support and managers and nothing changes. Sometime I don’t even get to eat what I ordered because I have to wait so long!!! Horrible horrible horrible horrible service tonight as well. Acted like they were mad at ME about it…

I took my granddaughter to eat there on the 4th of July, of course y'all were super busy but was giving it your all to be fast friendly and deliver orders in a timely manner. I have no complaints to our service and the only reason our food was cold was because y'all were busy with drive through and online orders while trying to keep your dining customers safe from injury to leaks in the roof. I understand roof's are costly to replace but it's alot less than the cost of a lawsuit due to an injured customer from a fall. You had out your signs and mop bucket trying to keep the water off the floor and was trying to be fast with the mop when the floor became wet and I applaud your efforts. I was told y'all are supposed to be getting a new building next year but to be honest and fair with all the rain we've gotten and are to get more of I'm afraid you won't make it to next year for the new building. It would be faster and safer to just replace the whole roof before someone gets injured. Keep up your hard work, it is noticed and appreciated. Just want everyone to be able to do their job in a safe environment for both staff and customers alike. I was a customer on the 4th but could be an employee next week. Stay safe.

We spend money at Whataburger weekly. No more!! After almost 30 years of eating at Whataburger the night manager charged $2.99 for a cup of water. As long as I can remember they haven't charged for a cup of water. This Whataburger charged $2.99 for water and they lost consistent customers and money yearly for the company . Bad business!!! This after they messed up on our order. That happens more frequently lately. Since November 2024. It's also been much slower getting food. We have gotten cold fries, pay for a cheeseburger with no cheese. Burgers have had soggy buns or cold meat. Burgers not in the bag. Have to drive all the way back to get the order fixed. We pay for this. Companies charge more and more. It would be great if it comes with reliable service. Slow service at this one from our experience.

Gets my mobile order correct every single time
As I walk in front of the cashier there were multiple people already waiting for their orders. They look at me and then proceeded to joke around with each other the only one working was a tattooed Hispanic boy with tattoos. I proceeded to go up there telling them the name of my order. It was by there feet in an opening basically on the floor. The dark colored lady was giving out orders without checking the orders fully. Forgot my drinks and other people orders as well. Another lady was touching her friends hair and proceeded to touch food with the same blue gloves on. Disgusting.
There needs to be better communication and better customer service on top of better sanitation and care with customers orders.
