This whatabuger should have more than one person helping with orders and drinks.. i only ordered a #25 and a coke. I am not hating on the girl that did everything i just think she could use a little bit of help.

This location should not have two drive thru lanes. They can't handle the traffic plus they don't tend to each line evenly. Had 4 cars in the outside line helped before I just gave up and left.

Service is hit or miss. I have had great service, but I have also on several occassions waited over an hour before giving up for a small mobile order. Both times Whataburger corporate gave me a refund, but the hour was lost. For the good, Abilene is easy toget around and other locations have constantly had fast service with great food.

This place was really dirt the floor was sticky there are other whataburgers better than this do not recomended!
The drinks were disgusting so we had to go to a gas station and get new soft drinks, they forgot to give us our taquito and the biscuits were so burnt that we couldn’t eat them. So $22 and our entire breakfast wasn’t edible. Eat here at your own risk!

Came here having one of the worst days all month, my day was instantly turned around by my new favorite Whataburger employee, Treasure. She made me and my friends laugh and have a great time. She also checked in on us regularly and seemed to be working hard. #whataburgerbestie! Not to mention the food was pretty good with me getting that classic patty melt with extra sauce to give it that pop. I love love love Whataburger and tonight made me love it even more.

Crazy work to put in double drive thru lanes to regularly have only one person take the orders. You can get thru Chick-fil-A 4 times before your card gets taken here. 2 star because staff was still polite, but jeez I went thru the empty drive thru and still almost ended up late for work.
