Whataburger is notoriously slow, but it's delicious! We waited in line for about 20 minutes.. Totally worth it.. It was great!

Whataburger is always great! Their food is fresh, hot and delicious. I love most of the stuff on their menu. My favorite is the green chili double burger with onion rings. The employees are always courteous and professional.Dietary restrictions: Whatavurger is really good at making changes to an order to accommodate a guests needs as long as it's within their power.Parking: Convenient location, 2 drive through lanes and plenty parkingKid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: This facility has handicapped parking, ramps and plenty room inside to maneuver a wheel chair etc.
I am normally lenient on reviews where food is good and service is just ok. However, this particular Whataburger had the worst car queue system of any that I’ve been to which resulted in nearly a 30 minute wait. We picked the inside lane of the drive through and noticed that two outside lane cars were going through for every inside car which was pretty frustrating.Next time around, alternate the interior and exterior queues so people in the drive-through

As always, ? good ?.2/7/2023 Today wasn't one of their better days. The burger was okay, the grilled chicken was okay the french fries were okay. All items were lacking that good Whataburger flavor.11/8/23. Drive thru ... Burger was great, fries were great ? but the drinks were incorrect. Frustrating.4/10/2024 Drive thru ... Double meat Jr was okay, was missing the Whataburger flavor, fries were good. The diet Dr pepper had an off taste. The order was quick and correct. ?
Good service and good but the only thing that doesn’t make sense is that online it’s open 24 hours but it’s not they closed at 9?

First time trying this burger chain. Definitely holds up to the big competitors. Good wide burger with all the fixings and had the fries with spicy ketchup. Definitely will come back if I'm ever in Texas again.
They charged me for stuff I didn't order and the food made my mom sick as hell. Poor customer service. I love whataburger but will think twice from now on. They need to tighten up and do better.

the person hung up on me as soon as I said hello I want 2 patty melts I DID NOTHING WRONG NO ATTITUDE OR NOTHING..!
Order online for pick up,went through the drive thru…. Biggest mistake ever… got off work late so decided to stop by..spent 45 min in the line was the 3rd car in line. Finally got to the window all my food was cold… so disappointed. Tired and to wait an hour for a cold burger not worth stopping by.
