Horrible service.. drive through outside line super slow other line was ahead by 20 min… litte girl rolled her eyes cause i told her ten cars passed me and im still waiting to order… my order was wrong i specifically asked her if my extra items i orderd were in the bag she said yes they were not… no gravy with my chicken tender meal… mustard on a plain and dry burger… waited 30 min in line for my order to be wrong and cold

Whataburger never disappoints! The food is always fresh, the burgers are juicy, and the fries come out hot every time. The staff is friendly and fast, even during busy hours. I love how they make everything to order — you can really taste the difference. Definitely one of my favorite places for a late-night meal!

Waited 15 minutes for chicken strips and fries. Pulled into the online order lineup spot so the people behind me who got their order could leave. Was chastised by the carhop who blamed me for getting out of line and waiting the extra three minutes it took them to find my car.

Ordered online for immediate pickup. On arrival they said they could not fill the order. When I asked for a refund for the missing items I was told I would need to contact whataburger for a refund..... its amazing how people can so such a terrible job and not be held accountable for fixing the issue. Will not be back. Probably won't get my money back either. I miss when whataburger was a actual Texas restaurant with Texas values.

Excellent experience! Food was great! Customer service top notch! I'm also a super big fan of the massive gap in the wall in the men's bathroom- there is absolutely nothing I can think of that is more fun than making direct eye contact with every guy walking inside while I'm going #2. Heck we should remove the wall in its entirety since anybody can see everything anyways. Make this the first nudist fast food restaurant in America.

Worst Whataburger I've been to, and that says alot considering I work all over the state. Made 2 burgers totally wrong, forgot my the gravy for the strips and forgot my onion rings. When I finally got everything the onion rings were burnt to a crisp, like they set them in and forgot about them, and they served them that way. I'll definitely drive across town if I want Whataburger for the remainder of my time here in Abilene

I ordered meatless breakfast items! Not only did it take over 20 minutes to get my order when I was second in line. They car behind me pulled away. They somehow managed to take a 4th order who came and went before the person ahead of us. They repeated it back to me and still wrong. I ordered a breakfast bowl meal(NO MEAT). Thankfully, I wasn't charged for the drink and hash browns I didn't get however the biscuit egg and cheese(ONLY) I ordered somehow came with bacon and cheese only. I have a pork allergy and I'm a vegetarian. No one is doing me any favors by putting bacon on my food! I said no meat 3 times. I don't live on that side of town so going back with a toddler in tow is a serious INCONVENIENCE on top of being the opposite of FAST food. I won't be back again!
