Night crew is the worst. I’ve been here for way too much time. It was supposed to be a simple dinner break then back to work. NOPE! They didn’t say when it was ready and insist a group took my order. They need to be on top of their business and stop socializing!

Food very nasty , they don’t use gloves just touch food with their bare hands some of the employees wipe they clothes or touch phones and start back making food I got my food the sauce wasn’t even on it for one the sauce is at the bottom for two the chicken was under cooked for three the fries was very hard I got sick to my stomach the food didn’t even stay down for 5 minutes and I was already throwing up so not eat with them go elsewhere and buffalo gap ain’t no better .

The manager on duty is rude. I asked to get a refund because they were not willing to change my order to bone in instead of bone out. The manager said she didn't have time to take care of my refund. She was very rude and dismissive of me. I wasnt rude. I wasn't argumentative. I just needed a refund.

I had an amazing experience at Wingstop! The guy who took my order was incredibly attentive and friendly. I asked for my fries to be soft and not too crunchy, and he got it just right. My entire order was perfect, and his friendly attitude made the visit even better. Definitely a five-star experience!

The customer service was not a good experience and me and my husband and 5 kids waited for over 30min for our order to come out and people that came in after we did got there food before we did and we waited 30min or more to get ours and the employees were very rude and the manger got on the phone while I was talking to her and left me talking to an employee we will not be coming back

Unprofessional, the staff gossips out loud while ignoring customers. There is usually one person serving customers while other associates are standing behind the counter doing nothing. You have to wait in long lines just to pick up an online order that is ready at the front. The manager stands there and allows this to happen.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE EVER! This place sucks beyond words. We arrived to order 8 wings and some fries at 4:59. At 5:33pm we had yet to get our wings I did ask the 3 girls at the counter who were talking and not working when our order would be ready. One girl went back and asked and they said something about my daughters being last. Smh there were 5 people working when we were there. One girl who was doing it all while the others just talked at the register. I am pissed for better words! I will not return here and noone else should either since noone wants to work at this location anyway. We finally got our order at 5:37pm for eight wings and fries smh waste of money!

This is the slowest restaurant on planet earth. I would imagine it has something to do with the entire kitchen staff laughing and joking and doing absolutely nothing resembling work. I assume they believe the chicken will jump into the fryer on its own, so we could have a training issue. If you are hungry, or will be in the next 3 hours, do not come here. You will starve to death.

Kid-friendliness: They have naked and bbq flavors for the kiddos. Depending on your kids teriyaki is good sweet with a little kick.
