Good breakfast and friendly baristas. I just wish their espresso was more consistent. Some days it’s good, some days it’s awful and not drinkable. Lots of seating, but tables don’t get bussed very often so it can be hard to find a clean table.
Friendly staff. I was disappointed by the latte and blueberry muffin. Latte was only just warm and flavor was off putting (like too fruity, nutty, and bitter). Muffin fell flat. I was so excited to find a cornmeal muffin, but I was disappointed.
I live out of state and remember ascension in TX being SO good. This location left me underwhelmed for sure. We were looking for a satisfying brunch after an early flight. The food was cold, the service was meh, and the bread tasted like it was frozen with Starbucks’ stash. On the bright side, we enjoyed our coffee. Skip this location if you can, y’all.
