“Went on a Tuesday night for our wedding anniversary. An excellent fine dining experience on par with Al Biernats or Cap Grill, but about 30% less expensive than thos other places. We had filets which were cooked perfectly and tender. Service was excellent. Only complaint is the sides menu is small, but we had the creamed corn which was fantastic. The atmosphere/ambiance was excellent. It was very quiet when we were there, but there were only a few tables. I suspect it gets a little louder on a busy Fri or Sat night. Also, an intimate live music area in the back behind the center bar. Overall, this place is a hidden gem, and we will be back. I highly recommend Arthur's for any special occasion.”

The Chowder were good; the pistachio trout had a really nice flavor, the house salad has a good variety of toppings you don't get everywhere, and the lettuce is the nice green rather than iceberg (as it should be especially for the price). Others in our group enjoyed the stuffed lobster and red snapper. The desserts are fabulous! A bit of a dark atmosphere and noisy.”

“Went here Saturday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. I LOVE the salad here, with a great dressing - my wife and I both chose the salad option instead of soup, so this was combined in a big bowl which was fun. I also love the bread sticks.

The mocktails are tasty and refillable - I started with one, then got the other.

The Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo over fettuccine had delicious beef slices. The Shrimp Carbonarra was great, too.

Great atmosphere, many cozy rooms, friendly people. The entrance is in the southeast corner, not in the front.”

“Stopped by The Hub in Addison today for the first time and had an awesome experience. The place has such a laid back neighborhood sports bar vibe while still feeling fun and energetic. Tons of TVs, great atmosphere, and everyone seemed to know each other which honestly made it feel really welcoming right away.

Huge shoutout to Brittney behind the bar — she was constantly moving, checking on everyone, super friendly, and somehow still managed to make every person feel taken care of. You can absolutely tell she works hard and cares about the customers. Rich invited me out and I’m glad he did because this definitely feels like one of those local spots you end up coming back to.

Also enjoyed hanging out and chatting with regulars like Michael and Brad — good people and great conversation all around.

You can tell The Hub has built a loyal crowd for a reason. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Addison area and looking for a chill sports bar with great service and good energy.”

“I came for the convenience, but I stayed for the vibes—and the Impossible Burger. Let’s be real, hotel restaurants usually feel like a reluctant obligation. But Noell JCT? This place understood the assignment. The staff was so friendly and helpful they practically saved me from myself (thank you for stopping me from ordering the beet salad when I clearly wanted the burger).

The salads are so fresh and crunchy they sound like a car driving over gravel—just the way a salad should. And that Impossible Burger? I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening in the kitchen, but I’d come back just for that.

The staff deserves an award for their perfect balance of efficiency and good vibes. I found myself looking forward to seeing them tomorrow, which is honestly more than I can say for some of my relatives.

“Great deli and super convenient when you work in the building! Convenience items are very nice, because so many times I'm at work and have no ibuprofen or gum, and I can run downstairs and get what I need. Ideal for a coffee break, too, with the selection of candy bars.

The food is good. I recommend any of the breakfast sandwiches as well as the Korean BBQ sandwich and the cheeseburger. I haven't tried the other sandwiches yet, and when I visit, it's usually for breakfast. When I find what I like, I stick with it - that Korean BBQ sub is awesome and other days, it's hard to beat a cheeseburger and fries (like when the weather is awful and I don't want to drive in the rain - this place is a godsend!).

“This place is terrible. The person who greeted us was friendly. Everything was total BS after that. Terrible service by the "waitress." Long wait just for the appetizers (greasy empanadas). Upcharge for water?? Someone else brought our entrées. The food was BAD. Dry, reheated, made with low quality cuts of beef meant for dog food, crap portions, tostones made with semi-rippened plantains (goes to show that they give zero f's), chewy, etc. Totally overpriced. Waitress never came by to do refills, or ask if everything was okay, or whether we needed anything else. I tried to make eye contact with anyone in there for 12 minutes to get our check. I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Then these people very non chalantly added an 18% service fee. I am so embarrassed to have brought my wife here. A few hours later she became SICK!!I wish I would have read the reviews after seeing all the ads. They SPAM this business incessantly on social media. They rely on luring in new unsuspecting as opposed to building clientele. Service: 1 out of 10 Food Taste: 2 out of 10 Food Quality: 1 out of 10 Value: 1 out of 10 Ambience: 4 out of 10”
