Just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness! Hubby had the pizza. Very generous south the pepperoni. The salad was large for a side salad. “Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“The driver Dacurus intentionally placed my pizza on the floor outside the hotel room door, took a photo as proof of delivery, and then walked away with my order. As soon as I opened the door, the pizza was gone. I immediately checked with the front desk, but nothing had been left there, and the driver had already left the property.
He also false my signature on the delivery receipt.
Fortunately, the restaurant’s General Manager took the situation seriously, handled it professionally, and went above and beyond to make things right. I truly appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. Just be careful if you chose delivery front the website.“

“I went there today, and the pizza was really good! We had the butter chicken pizza and a new pesto pasta. Overall, I liked the pizza because you can taste all the different flavors, and the crust is not too thin or too thick. The pasta had a little spice to it, which made it even tastier.“

“I cannot recommend Roma’s Italian Kitchen enough! My only regret is that I ordered only one thing to-go. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!“

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. The calamari is super yummy and they actually give you a whole lemon for it. I have never experienced that at an Italian joint. The manicotti I ordered was STUFFED with ricotta and had plenty of cheese on top. I also received 4 huge complimentary bread rolls covered in butter and parm. Waited almost an hour for an order that was supposed to be 15 min, and the girls behind the counter were not awesome at telling me what was going on/how long projected wait was, BUT the pizza was exactly what this Yankee was looking for. Will order again, just will plan for longer wait next time- wait is worth it.“
