“I know some people will say all Patrons are the same but I say no. I live in Dallas by Grand Prairie and I'll drive to this Pizza Patron. I honestly love their pizzas. Not only is the quality good but the customer service is great too.Thank you for making our experience a great one every time.“
“They always have consistent, excellent quality food with fairly reasonable prices. I usually order online and pick it up. This store closes earlier than others, so you need to check it out. They have salads and soups, too, so you have choices. Great Cinnabon rolls for dessert! We usually order medium-sized sandwiches that we can split and have two meals. Mid priced that way.Wheelchair accessibility: Readily available.“
“I've tried thousands of restaurants around the metroplex, and I have yet to find anyone that can top Dewey's. My family feels the same way. When I come home from work the kids yell, "Dew-weys! Dew-weys!" Dewey is like family to us. The kids give him a big hug every time we come, they even call him "Uncle D!" If your visiting Dallas and your not sure where to go, Come to Deweys, they have it all... real Mexican food, Fresh Fish, Italian food, and don't ask about the recipe, it's a family secret :) A true gem of the metroplex, with staff who always go above and beyond to provide the Dewey's experience. Its like they always say,"when you see Dewey's smile, you know your at home."“
“OK, I don't eat little Cesar's, but my foodie of a husband does....Oklahoma Little Cesar's is rude, dirty, old pizza. So, I stopped getting him that because frozen was better...BUT Maaannn nn, went to this one to "compare" and who would have known that the WHOLE pizza would be cooked evenly, with pepperoni over the whole pizza. AND then they just showed out and had the nerve to be fresh, hot, AND melt the cheese???!!!! I just knew it would be like Oklahomas and be nasty in and out. IT WAS NOT. IT WAS CLEAN... WITH A BATHROOM!!! The little girl at the counter smiled AND had all her teeth!!! And was polite!!! WE came for the solar eclipse and left to NEVER return to an Oklahoma Little Cesar's. Thank you for verifying that I was right and you can EXPECT your money's worth if the place wants to be good. BEST LITTLE CESARS SO FAR!!“
“Could be so much better! It started off great the young African American kid was attentive, polite, and efficient in taking orders and addressing any concerns I had. His professionalism was truly commendable, and it made my overall experience more enjoyable. However, I can't say the same for the other employees working that day. Unfortunately, they were engaged in a heated argument about making my pizza which was a Half BBQ Chicken, and their use of profanity and unprofessional language was highly inappropriate. It was disappointing to witness such behavior especially when there were children nearby.Eventually, one of the arguing employees stepped up and made the pizza. Despite the earlier unprofessional behavior, I must admit that the pizza turned out to be delicious. It was well-prepared, with a perfect crust and flavorful toppings. The quality definitely matched the price, and I was satisfied with my choice. To their credit, after serving the pizza, the employee who took my order apologized for the delay caused by the argument. The two employees I was able to see (The one who took my order and the one who made it) both have a lot of potential to do better. I fully believe this would be a great establishment if it wasn’t for the unnecessary arguments. I do hope that the management addresses the issue of professionalism among their staff to ensure a consistently positive dining experience for all customers.“
“There is something very different about this store, and it boils down to their team. I cannot thank Miranda, Fever(Master Chef) , and Jimmy enough. The quality of the food is far above and beyond any other location. They just do something different here and it truly is because of the people. They take care of their regulars big time. I’m always greeted by name when I come in and everyone is so friendly. I appreciate them so much and going out of your way to come to the store or order from the store is definitely worth it.“
“Excellent pizzas and over the top service. I was talking to Ms. Georgette, the hostess, asking her if there was a sanitizer around for my daughter who was unwilling to wash her hand and she went and grabbed a sanitizer from her purse and gave it to me. It reminded of Kevin Brown's story about heros and his experience at Disney World. Our waitress Jen was also amazing, we had a short conversation about cats, as I had a picture of one of my Persian cats on my phone home screen. She made us feel so at home. The Gourmet pizza was out of this world! If you haven't been here, you have to give it a try!Ref: Heros are not ordinary people who do extraordinary things, they are extraordinary people who choose not to be ordinary.“
“My wife and I ate here yesterday for the first time after my cousin recommended it. The pizzas were so good we ordered a third to try and also got the dessert Nutella Calzone which was the best dessert I have had in a while. I have spent months in Italy and specifically Naples and the pizza here is as good or better than any I had in Italy. Their star pizzas are unique and a must get for Ricotta lovers.Everyone was helpful and welcoming, but our server Chris was amazing! He was attentive and helpful, his recommendations were spot on, and he even bought us our dessert. We mentioned bringing our kids on a future visit and he told us about giving the kids coloring menus and pizza dough to play with.I am already planning my next visit and also want to take their pizza making school.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian menu items are clearly labeled and since you can build your own pizza, you can make whatever you want vegetarian.Parking: They are located in a large shopping center and so there is plenty of parking available all around.Kid-friendliness: Our excellent waiter Chris told us that kids get crayons to color with and pizza dough to play with. We are looking forward to bringing our children here.“
“Delicious food, excellent service, and luxury atmosphere. Perfect for a special celebration or casual drop-in dining.Note that the pizza crust is very soft and pillowy. Great flavor and texture but I prefer a crispy exterior and chewy center.“
“Nice to have East Coast style pizza here in North Dallas!Plain slice is a must and then go from there: spinach slice (Florentine), classic pepperoni and their stuffed pizza are all flavorful. They usually have pepperoni and sausage rolls that are delicious and a different way to get your carbs and meat.Friendly staff and one of the few places that honors their store hours, meaning, they let you in minutes before closing. This is key if you are craving pizza!“
