“Delicious food, excellent service, and luxury atmosphere. Perfect for a special celebration or casual drop-in dining.Note that the pizza crust is very soft and pillowy. Great flavor and texture but I prefer a crispy exterior and chewy center.“
“This place has both, some of the most amazing food and the most amazing people. We’ve made a tradition to come here for my birthday every year and this year we had the greatest time! The staff are all so kind and friendly it’s like walking into a friends house.Run, don’t walk here. The food is more than worth it but the people will keep you coming back. And to the staff that have made two amazingly memorable birthday dinners, I cannot wait for the next time I get to go, y’all were all so kind and fun, thank you for an amazing birthday ❤️“
“Tortellini with prosciutto and cream sauce was excellent, but my SIL's chicken masala not so much. It looked like they needed to reduce the sauce down by quite a bit more. It was very runny. Friendly service and old-schoo NYl Italian vibes.“
“Service was phenomenal- our server was very charismatic! Ambience was cozy but elevated and classy. The food was excellent! The pork chop was incredibly tender. Everyone at my table loved their dishes. We also had a flight of wine, and when some selections were out that we wanted to try, they comped other alternatives!“
“If you’re ready for the freshest, flavorful, and all around best pizza in Dallas, you must come and visit Blaze Pizza on Greenville Ave. Not only is the pizza perfectly crafted, the prices keep your budget very happy.Best of all, if you’re hungry, the 11” pies fit the bill. If you’re in serious need of great pizza, but maybe for a smaller tummy, the 1/2 size pie is the perfect fit.Don’t forget the simply amazing deserts that are screaming for you to sample. There are specialty pizzas and the ability to build your own. Choose either the regular dough, high-rise dough, go gluten-free, cauliflower, or even keto crust. If you’re into rabbit food, you won’t be disappointed at all. The salads are completely out of this world. The vibe is definitely upbeat with fresh tunes, plenty of light, and pleasant decor. The friendly service is something that’s been missing from other places these past couple of years. With Blaze Pizza that’s the first ingredient in the recipe. My first visit was about five days ago. Do you know what, they remembered me. Made my day when I was personally welcomed back. Here’s a fresh tip. You just have to celebrate Blaze PI-Day on 3/14 for in restaurant pizza for, you guessed it, only $3.14. (Why does iOS not have a PI emoji?)Big Stan for Blaze Pizza. ?????Vegetarian options: Salads are wonderful for the vegetarians among us. I’m not a vegetarian diet expert, though. I’m sure they will go the distance to accommodate.Dietary restrictions: Options available for gluten-free, cauliflower, and keto-friendly dough.Parking: The parking is right out in front. Shared with other stores, and I’ve never had any issues with finding a spot close to the door.Kid-friendliness: Heck, yeah. It’s friendly for all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: Big, easily opened front doors with wide aisles for easy navigation.“
“Zalat has been my favorite pizza ever since I moved to Dallas 5 years ago. The food is always fresh and customer service is always great. Today’s free pizza experience was no different. They were very helpful in making sure everyone was taken care of!Vegetarian options: Not only is there a vegetarian option, but the elote and pineapple options are tasty and hearty!“
“This place has quickly become one of my work lunch favs. Everything I've tried has been outstanding. Somehow they manage to make a fairly simple and healthy salad (the miam miam) absolutely clean-your-plate delicious. The lemony chicken orzo soup is another favorite - fresh, great flavor without being too heavy or indulgent. And don't sleep on the soft serve! They make it fresh there every day and it is *chef's kiss*. Serving size is a small cup - just enough to end a meal on a sweet note without putting you into a food coma. The service is also consistently lovely. I love this place.“
“We participated in a winetasting dinner at MoMo's last night. The food was excellent and paired well with the wines, which were wonderful. The gentleman who was there, representing the wine distributor was very knowledgeable, and eager to answer everyone's questions. All in all, we love these wine dinners at MoMo's!“
“Partenope Ristorante in Dallas, Texas is a must-visit Italian gem. From mouthwatering pizzas to delectable pasta dishes, every bite is a culinary delight. The warm and inviting ambiance adds to the overall experience, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal with friends or a romantic dinner. Given its popularity, I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you secure a table at this bustling eatery. Whether you're a local or just passing through Dallas, Partenope Ristorante promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving more.Parking: You might be able to find free parking spaces, but your best bet is to get paid parking which is cheap. It’s like a dollar an hour.“
“Amazing pizza! Super nice, accommodating and friendly owner. Convenient location. Stopped in here during Dallas Pizza week to try their 12" Margherita pizza for only $10. I was only going to eat one slice, but ate the whole pie! Yikes! In fact, it was so good, I ordered another to bring home for the family. Great menu with many good options. Give Pizzeria Carina a try, you'll be glad you did! We will be back!“
“Overall, very enjoyable experience. The staff was very polite and did a great job pacing the food. The atmosphere was hard to determine as it was a slow evening so we could not evaluate the noise level. The food was very good, especially the pizza. The entrees were proportioned well and hit the mark. Overall, a 4.5 on everything and if we're back in Dallas, we would try again.“
“I recently visited this pizza shop and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of fresh pizza dough and melting cheese set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch.I ordered one of their signature pizzas, and it was a culinary masterpiece. The crust was perfectly crisp, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and abundant. It's clear that this shop uses only the highest quality ingredients. What really set this place apart, though, was the cozy and friendly atmosphere. It felt like a little slice of pizza heaven, and I left feeling completely satisfied and eager to return. For anyone looking for an exceptional pizza experience, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's not just a meal; it's a culinary adventure that you won't want to miss. Five stars all the way!“
“My friend and I went to celebrate Valentine's Day together. Compared to their Lower Greenville location, I love the size and ambiance of this location! Our waitress was great and the food tasted amazing! Don't get me started about their cocktail and special shots... they were delicious!! Definitely will consider coming again!“
“Okay wow. Had to come and write and share immediately so people can check this place out!! I recently downloaded an app called "Too Good To Go" if you haven't heard of it i definitely recommend that you download and check out the options in your area. There are some amazing goodies out there. Anyways i checked out what was available on the app today and saw Velarde Pizza on there. I figured why not grab some pizza on a Friday night. Chelsea was phenomenal. amazing service, so friendly , so helpful. We need more people like Chelsea!!! The pizza was delicious, crisp and flavorful. To my surprise they also have Daiquiris to go. Great portions, sizes, price and flavors. They have gained a new customer for sure. And it's all thanks to Too Good To Go, otherwise i would have not known about this restaurant. Hopefully you will do the same and check out this small, local business!“
“For being my first time, I absolutely loved the food and the service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the pizza was certainly one of a kind! Neony will for sure be my favorite pizza place in Dallas Tx. from now on. It certainly does not compete with any pizza I have ever had in my life!“
“Zalat Pizza gave out 1,000 large pizzas tonight to the community as part of their “Pizza Tour”. Throughout the night they had various giveaways and made sure to accommodate as many special requests as possible. I could tell the employees genuinely loved their job and the company they work for as well. Great Job Zalat Pizza, You have a customer for life.“
“This place is so delicious I have no idea how this place isn’t not jam packed every night. Julian and his staff are all super friendly and professional! Every dish I’ve tried here is delicious, fresh crispy salads, and handmade pizzas just to mention a few.“
“Totally recommend this place for food very clean and the employees are very nice and they really care and the food is very good so if your on a little date or just looking for somewhere to eat and don’t wanna argue with your wife just come here it’s very very good!“
“Loved this place! Space for kids to run around safely while waiting for the food to arrive, which didn’t take long! The simple cheese pie was perfect. Loved the caesar and the cheese bread too. Will definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: Space and permission for kids to play outside.“
“This is the place TO GO! The fact that Ricardo still sat as down and served us and made sure we got our food and a glass of wine after showing up at closing hours was amazing! There was a confusion on open table and their end with my reservation which is why we showed up at closing time without knowing. But we were still very grateful we were still attended after showing Ricardo my email of my reservation at 9:45pm. We will definitely be back and food was good too. They treat you like if you went to visit a family member and made you feel at home. Great service. Thank you very much Ricardo. ??“
“Best nyc style pizza I’ve had in Texas. Has by slice and normal price $3.50. Regular location but people (I think New Yorkers) stopping by in nice cars to grab their pies. Counted 5 pickups by my third slice. Guy actually warmed up my pizza not too hot after I asked. First time that’s happened.“
“Walking down Commerce Rd Deep Ellem on a quiet Monday afternoon we stumbled across Cane Rosso, We were treated with a magnificent 14" Voodoo Mama Juju woodfired thin based pizza,a chilled glass of beer& wine, little wait time and great service.A very enjoyable experience for 2 happy Australians!“
“Iv been going there for over 20 years - love this family and not one pizza place in dfw tops their pizza now I take my son there and he loves it - I do miss the arcade machine that used to be in there though brought back child hood memories -“
“Just looking at the menu I was intrigued and excited to try it out.Was finally able to get to try today and my goodness, Fusion Pizza and Pasta is something I never thought I was missing out on.But boy was I wrong, wonderful pizza (Ordered the Alfredo, Supreme and Spicy Chicken Pizzas) absolutely delicious, crust was perfectly thin and crispy. And the pasta had so much flavor (spicy chicken alfredo)Will definitely be coming back and this ordering 2 Alfredo pizzas because I ate just about the entire thing to myself lol.Highly recommend.“
“I ordered my first pizza from South Polk today. Others have exclaimed how great the pizza was, and they are absolutely correct! The box was heavy as I collected it from the delivery driver. Opening the box, the pizza looked great and full of toppings. The crust was thin without being cracker-like. The cheese was quality and the pepperoni and Italian sausage were plentiful across the pizza. I will order from here again and be a member of the choir advocating fir this restaurant.“
“Dined here on a Friday night at the bar, and enjoyed the experience. This place was recommended to me by a chef for its pizza and pasta dishes, and I ordered a pepperoni pizza, while enjoying a class of Pinot Noir.As a former NY’er in very critical pizza, and I’m glad to say this establishment’s pizza was fantastic. The crust/breading used was perfect for a thinner crust pizza. The marinera sauce used was delightful, and I liked how the pepperoni was also thin and crispy. The ONLY reason I didn’t give this 5 stars on taste was that I was disappointed in their version of “garlic knots”….I wasn’t expecting to receive a round pan of thick bread with garlic tossed in the middle. They do provide a whipped butter-like side bowl for the garlic knots, but I just enjoy a less fancy version…more a personal preference.Service was great, even as I observed them training a new person and overall environment was great!Kid-friendliness: Lots of tables had children at them, and with fabulous pizza being offered, you can’t go wrong bringing them along.“
“Place is well located and nice. people are very kind and the most important thing the food. I don't know how they make their pizza and stuff but it's absolutely delicious I got so full that I couldn't even drive that's my to go place ! Thanks“
“The food was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and the establishment was nice and pleasant. The only issue which almost wasn’t is that the waitress was young and a bit timid. She did not anticipate the needs of the table well, which made for repeated trips requesting items. She was a bit quiet and came and left quickly each time. This change overtime should she continue to wait tables, so in the scheme of things it did not ruin our visit. Gratuity was included even with a party of two. Never seen that before either. Tiramisu was the best I think I’ve ever had (no pic). I’d recommend for certain. Try the Shrimp Scampi for sure.“
“We came here by googling “pizza near me” and are SO happy we chose this spot! Food was amazing, atmosphere was amazing. The Salami and Prosciutto were soo good. Our server RACHEL was awesome! My fiancé accidentally click on thumbs down on the questionnaire at the end of paying, but she was the BEST and had great recs.“
“Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza crust tastes like straight up garlic bread. Lots of flavor! Obviously a little pricier than a chain restaurant but the quality is there and it’s worth it to support a local business. 100% recommend!“
“I have continually dined at the other pizza restaurants that this particular one are owned by, and I have to say that this one establishes a great identity for its very delicious deep-dish pizza. The food was great and I enjoyed both the main pizzas and the appetizers that we got along with them. The atmosphere and service were pretty good as well, it was fun to eat there and the service felt personal and helpful. Great place, perhaps not the best out of the three pizza restaurants owned by the same people (Cane Rosso, Zolis, and Thunderbird), but still great and distinguished.“
“This pizza spot is legit! The wood oven give the crust that perfect chewy charred taste. Toppings are simple but fresh -- just good mozzarella, sauce, and sausage. Cozy vibes too while getting real authentic Italian pizza. A must try if you’re craving that Napoli flavor!“
“All the staff here are absolutely incredible. The owner greets you at the door every time. The food is outstanding. The garlic bread offered right when you sit down is home made and amazing, and the service here is friendly and fantastic. Come visit and eat here. You won’t be disappointed. The outdoor patio is relaxing with a great atmosphere….a great date night and hidden gem in Uptown!“
“Delucca ??? Some of the best pizza flavor combos that i have tried! Hot Honey, classic breakfast, and buffalo chicken are just some of the faves. Don't forget some delicious dessert pizzas as well! Drinks and service are on point! Check em out!“
“We always have the best time when we brunch here, but today deserved an award! Long wait was quickly turned short, we were sat and the service as amazing. Our server, Dylan, was phenomenal. So personable, so quick, I loved his banter! I will probably always ask for Dylan when we come back now.“
“Stopped in for a quick dinner. It’s a very trendy type of environment with both indoor and outdoor seating and great landscape. I had the fist tacos which were fantastic and my daughter had the spicy shrimp pasta, but they weren’t howling when they said hers was spicy and the shrimp had the tail on it which made it hard to eat. The ordering and getting drinks is similar to a chipotle. It was good but be careful of the pasta. Out total tab for two teas and the two entrees was around $45“
“Ohmagawd the tiramisu of my dreams. Definitely came from the legendary magic tiramisu drawer that we all wish was in our kitchen. I’ve never even been to the restaurant, I just ordered dessert delivered because I felt like being fat in the privacy of my own home and shoveling said dessert into my face at an unacceptable rate. But maybe I’ll have to learn some manners and go eat in public next time.“
“This was a little gem I stumbled upon while in Dallas on a work trip. It doesn't look like much at first, being just around the corner from a strip mall. But the service was incredible, the pizza was amazing, and the ambiance made me think of a little hole in the wall place in Italy. Only suggestion, upgrade your wine glasses! (good wine, just needed a better vessel to put it in)“
“I drive across town to go to this place because it’s the closest tasting pizza to what I’m used to in upstate NY. Their prices have almost doubled since the pandemic! $51 for 2 large pizzas,10 wings and a 2 liter soda. When they answer the phone they don’t really try to help you figure out the specials to get the best deals so you may end up spending more if you don’t know what to ask. Overall a good Pizza spot for Us transplants from Upstate NY LOL!“
“Requested a quiet place with a view and the patio was the perfect setting. Went with a group of 8 and the service was great. The waiter even brought gluten free pita for me when they ordered the bread. Gluten free options were incredible and the food was all amazing.“
“Second time I have been in, it was as good as I remembered it. The staff was very polite and kind even though we accidentally came in right before they closed. Lindsey was our waitress, and made us feel really welcome. I can’t wait to come back again.“
“Pizza presentation was great. The pizza was extremely greasy on the bottom. This isn't like a NY slice with the crisp crust. It's more like just a step above pizza hut. Which isn't bad. Just not what I was hoping for. ?. The pepperoni had a smokey bbq flavor.“
“Pizza here is really tastey. Big slices with a nice crust and they dont scimp on the toppings. You can basically build your own or choose from a combination from the menu. Service is quick: no complaints here. Very satisfied with pizza everytime i choose Lovers.“
“This is an amazing Italian restaurant I've been seeing for a long time driving up and down Mockingbird Ln. Until early this past January was my first time with my family. We sat in the patio room and shared The Drunken Pig pizza, and I had the Chicken Pesto Linguine - both were fantastic! We came again last Sunday and dined inside. This time I had the Chicken Pesto Panini with a house salad and house sangria - Excellent Meal!!! Tho this isn't really a big restaurant, but it's easily accessible and has a cozy atmosphere. I am really impressed with what I've had so far as everything is made from scratch with the most fresh ingredients. The menu has a limited selection of appetizers, salads, pasta dishes, paninis and desserts. But their main specialty is their pizza and wine. That's where the big selection is as they have many to choose from! This place is worth returning to!“
“We had 5 in our party and we all got something different. We all enjoyed the food and the service. My wife said that was the best ravioli with Alfredo sauce she has ever had in her life. The prices are very fair. I highly recommend this place.“
“This place did not disappoint at all. We had the lentil soup at the beginning, it was very flavorful and was one of the best lentil soup i tried so far. We then got the super mix kebab platter, it was a lot of food for 2 people but I’m not going to complain about that. The chicken kebab was very tender and juicy, it was well marinated and seasoned as well. The adana kebab, beef kofte, lamb kebab and lamb chops had a perfect amount of salt and pepper and was very tender as well, it was perfectly cooked. At the end I ordered my favorite desert, kunefe and black tea. Kunefe was crispy from outside and cheese inside, it was perfect balance. The black tea was a little watered down, did not taste much like tea I make at home but kunefe really stole the show so I did not care much. The staff was very nice and they were very quick when it came to bringing our food to the table, they even let us reserve a table and order food on the phone because we were late for iftar.Overall, its a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking authentic flavors. Whether you're craving soul-warming soups or succulent kebabs, this establishment promises a culinary journey worth savoring.“
“This restaurant is really cute! Located in bishop arts near a bunch of other shops and restaurants.A group of us got dinner here for a friend's birthday and the ambience was really nice. Make sure to reserve ahead of time!I ordered the linguine but it personally wasn't for me. I tried some of the pizzas and those were good though! So I'd recommend ordering that of you come here. Our waiter was super attentive as well so props to the staff working at the restaurant! Overall, a good place to check out.“
“Lovely neighborhood feeling Italian with an upper scale but not stuffy feel. Service was so kind through and through. Love that we found a new gem. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. Everyone was on top of their game.Dietary restrictions: GF and Veg optionsKid-friendliness: Booster and high chairs“
“Been driving by this little place for years and finally tried it recently. Should have tried it sooner so I didn’t waste my time with other pizza shops. This best I’ve had in dallas. They are super generous with toppings. Ask for extra marinara sauce though - they don’t put enough. I’d also call to place the order as the options on Uber Eats and Slice are weird - you select a 3 topping pizza and the app makes you choose 6.“
“The pizza here can be a little hit or miss, though it leans towards hit. Their signature pizzas (star) are all interesting (you must like ricotta to enjoy them).I think the pricing ~$20 for a smallish pizza is a little off, and every time I order take out the order is late by 10-15 minutes past the time given. The dine in experience is superior, and overall it’s a nice place to try out for dinner with friends/significant other“
