For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. “The best Subway in DFW is on Lower Greenville Ave! I frequent this place, and they always look out for me. They arrange a little smiley face with veggies to greet you, daily, and it makes me smile whenever I'm having a broken day. I tell the owner how my days are going, and no matter what's happening, he takes the time to listen to me. In that part of Greenville, the locals (of which I am one) never take the time to check on their neighbors, the transplants. One of the guys had been working there for over a decade, and no matter what I did to recruit him, he wouldn't leave that Subway.“
