I have been to Mot Hai Ba multiple times and it wows me every time. The ambiance is intimate and buzzing but not overwhelming. Every dish is stunningly crafted, unusual and delicious. All the staff are warm and helpful. Emilio is our favorite. He is so attentive to our needs and preferences. And his is darling. I eat ouoften and this place continues to blow me away.
First time going to this place last night , and they did not disappoint! I love the dark small space cozy atmosphere and service was impeccable thanks to Emilio. He really took time make sure we understood the menu and recommended some amazing eats. Definitely will be coming back.
From the moment we walked in until the end of our meal, everything was exceptional. Jules and Emilio gave us some of the best service I’ve had in a long time, they were attentive, personable, and made us feel SO welcome. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality were all top-notch. You can really tell how much care goes into every detail, and it made for such a memorable night. I can’t wait to come back for a special occasion. Highly recommend!

Mata was an excellent waiter and a helpful resource on each dish and the pacing of the meal. Despite its small size and limited parking, Mot Hai Ba offers a unique and memorable dining experience, making it a top destination for food lovers in Dallas. The menu is truly one of a kind, with vibrant flavors that work so well together. Many dishes, like the Tuna Stracciatella, Dauphine Ravioli, Lemongrass Bolognese, Stuffed Leeks, and Hen & Hive cocktail, are highly recommended. The restaurant also caters well to gluten-free diners, which is great for those with allergies. Overall, it is one of the best meals and dining experiences in Dallas.
