“Ordered through Uber eats late at night and was missing an item I ordered. Uber Eats couldn’t refund me so they advised me to call the restaurant directly. “Went to Elephant East for my birthday and they made it an unforgettable experience. The service was great. They had a birthday card for me on the table when we arrived and were very attentive. I had the drunken noodles and bang bang shrimp and both were delicious. The decor was beautiful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend, especially for a special occasion.“

“My work ordered lunch for the office from Thai Orchid and everyone loved it! Their food is made fresh and was hot upon arrival. The food was very flavorful and the restaurant was happy to add any additional sauces like soy sauce or chili oil upon request. Customer service was great and we will definitely be ordering from here again.“

“I work here.i am treated well at every store & restaurant. With the exception of Eatzi's. I was treated very poor by the general manager. I I purchased a pre-made sandwich & requested extra lettuce & tomatoes normally because I am a regular & considered a valued guest lettu& tomatoes were offered complimentary. But, the general manager do not see me as a valued guest. He insisted I pay for extra lettuce & tomatoes. I felt insulted & disrespected by his condescending tone. “Been coming here for years, easily my favorite Pho restaurant in Dallas. They are very loyal to their regulars and they know my order as soon as I walk in. Food is always on point as well, it’s very hard to catch them on a bad day. I recommend the P15 and I also recommend their Vietnamese iced coffee.“
