I wanted to order 3 meats to try since it was our first time and they accommodated my request as they don’t have a 3 meat plate. The food and service are TOP tier. “Great hole in the wall Mexican bbq place. I had some Al pastor tacos and brisket sandwich. The tacos had onions and cilantro and I got the green medium hot salsa (which was a good medium spice level). The brisket sandwich was good sized and came with pickles and onions and warmed bbq sauce.“

“Tonight my family of three decided to try this place out for dinner and it did NOT disappoint!

We walked in and were immediately greeted. Asked if we had a reservation (we didn’t) and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. We waited less than that and were seated. I had never been to a Korean BBQ place before so our server was great at explaining everything to us and how it worked.

We all together got 6 different items protein wise to try, from the brisket to the shrimp and even the chicken.
Some was seasoned, some wasn’t but if you pair them with the right things it’s really delicious!

I didn’t know what to expect but it was all so delicious. I loved the additional sides they provided and my little one devoured the glass noodles so much that the servers kept giving her more! I appreciate that so much!

The staff was great, the restaurant was clean and the food was amazing!

It didn’t feel like a crazy night but when I got my ticket our server comped my ice coffee, the reason being “it’s been busy so we’ve been kinda slow”. They were great with checking in with us so I was not expecting it at all.

I would recommend and definitely will be coming back. I wish I had gotten the names of the two people who helped us but I’ll for sure get it next time! If you are in the area I would go!“

“This is a old-school BBQ joint on Leonard Street in downtown. They have a fair sized indoor seating and some outside tables as well. You can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 11am to 3pm (lunch only), closed on Sundays. Had a very good lunch here recently. The chopped beef sandwich was delicious, sides of okra, potato casserole and beans were great. Ended up taking home a large order of brisket, sausage and more sides for a larger group of friends for the evening. Everyone loved the meal. Two Sammy's meals in one day and was left wanting more. Would gladly return based on this experience.“

They kept a great attitude through the rush! Very great people to have on staff. They communicated and worked well together to get everyone out.“

“Tried this place for the first time today!!! First i would like to mention Ced i believe was his name! That man has impeccable customer service, the food was good but his customer service was top tier! Greeted me, i let him know it was my first time and he walked me through it all, i ordered and he assured me i would be returning! Food was amazing and i was able to watch the game while i ate! Was checked on to make sure everything was great! My experience was rare these days! You don’t find restaurants that have good food and great customer service! Jess especially goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of . It’s amazing how attentive she really is when she is super busy. I personally have to eat In a very short window, maybe play one game of pool and then boom I gotta be right back off to work. I don’t even get an hour and yet compared to a fair amount of places, I am always out on time and back at work with plenty of time to spare. I am definitely making this place my spot once or twice a week“
