This place was great! Delicious food and friendly service. The bbq was amazing and lots of unique sides I’ve never seen before. Lots of meat choices to choose from.The bbq sauce was delicious and it’s no wonder they sell it! I got a chopped brisket sandwich plate. The bun was unique too.It’s located right by UT Southwestern hospital. Mike the owner greets you and takes your order, prepares your meat and makes small talk. I had the sausage sandwich plate with green beans and cherry/pineapple cobbler for my 2 sides. I was impressed that I was able to get cobbler as a side and impressed by the cherry/pineapple. I was a little hesitant about the cherry pineapple mix but the 2 flavors complemented the other. I will go back to eat there.
