“I visited this restaurant twice with family during my recent visit to Dallas. Ambiance was great and staff very welcoming and attentive. Appeared as if we were being treated as personal guests. Standard of food and hygiene was beyond any doubt remarkable. What really impressed me was that washrooms were sparkling clean with all amenities. Overall an excellent experience and my appreciation to management and owners for doing a very fine job. Wish you all the success!“

The sweet corn flavor and soft, golden texture made it simple & delicious. It had a wider variety of menu options and the spice levels were not overpowering. It is also open very late, which makes it a great spot for late night eats and group outings. “This was my very first time dining at Manna Shabu & BBQ (Lewisville location) while visiting for a concert weekend, and I have to say—it was such a wonderful experience! They were even having a special collaboration with a local small business vendor for the Ateez concert and offering a complimentary Lemon Drop mocktail for each diner, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I believe it was the owner or manager who greeted me, and when he learned it was my first visit, he kindly explained the menu, the dining options, and where to find the different food and sauce stations. I was then shown to my table where a very sweet server brought me water and took my order. Throughout my meal, two other staff members as well as the owner/manager checked on me often. The service was beyond excellent—everyone was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Now onto the food—oh my gosh, the portions were incredible! I ordered three different meats and was so pleasantly surprised at the generous serving sizes. At most KBBQ places, one order barely feels like enough for a single person, but here, each order was hearty and satisfying. I couldn’t stop raving about it to my boyfriend and mom while on the phone during my meal! The meat was fresh, high-quality, and delicious—even without dipping sauces. The corn cheese also deserves a special shout-out—it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the main dishes, there were so many great options: hot plates like mandu, sausage, japchae, fried rice, and chicken; a nice selection of banchan; an ice cream station for dessert; and a wide variety of sauces to complement everything. The restaurant itself was very clean, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and even the restrooms were spotless. I also loved that the TVs played some of my favorite K-pop groups and the music playlist was absolutely top tier—it really added to the fun vibe. Dining here as a solo traveler, I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. On the contrary, I felt taken care of and treated like a queen. It was such a comforting and memorable experience, and I am so thankful for the outstanding hospitality and service I received. “Great hole in the wall Mexican bbq place. I had some Al pastor tacos and brisket sandwich. The tacos had onions and cilantro and I got the green medium hot salsa (which was a good medium spice level). The brisket sandwich was good sized and came with pickles and onions and warmed bbq sauce.“

“This was our first time. It was a little odd at first. Just not a typical place we have been too. This place was so good and a lady who was picking up tables was the sweetest! I am not a huge fan of barbecue but oh my This was an amazing place to eat! Highly recommend!“

“I got the lunch special of 1 meat and 1 side as well as the lemon cake dessert. The brisket was very good in my opinion, perfect balance of fat and lean meat; loved the sauce that was on the side, it was very peppery but balanced with a slight sweetness. Comes with a side of toast and pickles and pickles onions that were also very delicious and good balance. The Mac and cheese was a semi disappointment due to it being spiral noodles but the cheese sauce and breadcrumbs really bring it back to being tasty. Lastly, the dessert, smoked lemon cake. It was hard to judge it, they forgot the berries so it was good but not quite up to par, the cake portion did not taste smoky, was very dense but still moist. Comes with this lemon drizzle/curd sauce that was very good. Worth a visit for the atmosphere and food, but if you're looking for solid BBQ I would give this place a pass and maybe go to hard 8, Hutchinsons or even maybe Loro if you're looking for something more modern.“

“This BBQ joint is something truly magical. It is stuck in the middle of everywhere and it hits hard. We had the brisket, Iraqi sausage and lamb ribs.for our sides we had the mac and cheese and corn. The meat was so tender and delicious that it makes you crave more and more. This is a dangerous place for sure. The lamb ribs fall off the bone and the sausage was nice and juicy. The Mac and cheese is next level on savory goodness and the corn hits the spot. The pit master is super nice and attentive. You can tell that love is ozing from this place and from the food. “I don’t usually go out and eat alone, but I was having a terrible day and needed to get out of the rain for a bit. Hadn’t come to this place in years but decided to go in. I asked for a table for one, and there was a few minute wait which I didn’t mind since they probably had to set the table up first. They sat me at a one person table I didn’t know existed but greatly appreciated. The server (I didn’t get their name) was great, really kind and attentive, changed my grill before it was even that bad, and just a really nice person. The meats were amazing, they had a good variety of banchan, and I don’t know if the dressing in the salad is something a lot of other places also use, but it was extra good here. It wasn’t too dark inside like how some places are for “mood lighting”, but it wasn’t too bright either where it’s like you’re in an interrogation room, it was just right really. And whoever was on aux today deserves a raise cause they had bangers from American pop to k-pop and even j-pop. 10/10 would recommend and probably come back again after a long shift :)“
