Kafi BBQ is a BBQ joint that is something truly magical. The BBQ was amazing. The meat is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. The brisket, Iraqi sausage, and lamb ribs are highlights, with lamb ribs that fall off the bone and sausage that is nice and juicy. The Wagyu back rib is also recommended, as the owner perfected the spice rub over six years. Sides like the mac and cheese, corn, and beef tallow fries are popular. The mac and cheese is next level on savory goodness and the corn hits the spot. The pit master is super nice and attentive, and the owner is busy buzzing around making sure everything is perfect. Love is oozing from this place and from the food. It is a new favorite BBQ spot in DFW, with everything well-seasoned and cooked beautifully. No tough or chewy meats are found, just intentionally prepared, brilliant barbeque. The restaurant does not compromise on faith, using fresh and best products. It is a dangerous place that makes customers crave more.
