“Went to this location as a first-timer and I have to tell you, I have never had a fast food experience as awesome as this one, ever! The food was incredibly fresh and hot...like straight out of the fryer hot. I had to let mine cool down a bit before eating it, but you can't get fresher than that! The chicken was crispy, juicy and very well seasoned. (Note: The Carolina Reaper is not for the faint of heart. Unlike other places that simply name a mild or watered down sauce 'Reaper,' Hot Dave's uses ACTUAL Carolina Reaper powder. I have to admit, it caught me off guard so much, that I had to take it down a notch to the 'Extra Hot' flavor, which was absolutely perfectly SPICY, spicy and flavorful.)
You can tell that the GM, Rodney, really cares about his restaurant, employees and level of service because the restaurant was spotless, bathroom was super clean, the employees especially the cashier (Marley) was incredibly friendly, welcoming and patient (for us 1st-timers.) I was also surprised to see Rodney wiping down tables and checking on the customers, asking, 'How is everything? Everything good so far?' You only see that at VERY few fast food restaurants. (You better watch out, Chic-fil-A...Rodney's coming for you!)

This meal is suitable for two. The drive-thru service was exceptional; Tatiana, our customer service representative, was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment because they promptly address any issues with your meal by replacing it without hesitation.

They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.”

Not sure if we would visit again with that kind of treatment. FYI, we still tipped more than what was expected.”

I got the Mentaiko Pasta which was fairly tasty, balanced, and the bread that came with it was toasted and delish.
Also had the Curry Rice which was on the meatier end so not the typical Japanese sweetness which was a plus and the katsu.
All the portions were small for the average texan.
Strawberry Matcha Latte was quiet expensive considering adding oat milk made it $9.50, not the most amazing drink.
I would not try the items again, but would consider coming back to try some other things on the menu.”

“We visited SaltGrass Steak House in May 2025. We wanted the stereotypical steak, while we were on our short visit to Texas. This place did not disappoint. It is a Texas-themed steak house, which was exactly what we were seeking. The ambience is fun with a deep nod to the history of the state. The background music is quiet enough to permit conversation – which I found to be a lot more considerate than a number of other restaurants I have experienced nearby. There is a lot of Texas memorabilia on the walls, which was fun to look at. The food was outstanding. We tried some appetizers prior to our entrees. I can’t fault them. They were tasty and good value for money. Our entrees, the steaks, were perfect! If you want to taste “bliss” a visit to this place is highly advised. I hoped to sample the desserts but, because the appetizers and entrees were so delicious there was, sadly, no room. Gabe was our server. He was an absolute sweetheart. He was fun, friendly, and professional – and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this young man. To top it off, during conversation, he revealed that he has served our country in the military, and that he is a veteran. Thank you for your service, young sir. (If you visit this establishment, I hope you have the good luck to be assigned to one of Gabe’s tables!) To summarize: Ambience: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Value for Money: 10/10 Would I recommend this place? Absolutely, yes, in a heartbeat!”

We had a 2:00 p.m. reservation and 2:55 p.m., we were told the buffet was closing. The wait staff had started serving themselves. I've gone to a lot of buffets and have never had to excuse or be excused by the wait staff. No teaspoons or stirrers for the coffee and tea. I think the Omni if much better than that.”

The workshops held here are incredibly thought out and help the other dancers acclimate to the space. Biggest downfall is during the Summer months - the AC should be turned on because I marinate. Also - the crowd gets larger as the night gets later which is common but it makes it hard to move along the dance floor without traffic. The leads that come out are very strong - if I lived locally this would be my go to. 🥰”

The prices are what you would expect for the Ritz but I felt that when coupled with the pool and resort experience, it made sense and was within what I was expecting. The food was incredibly fresh and hot...like straight out of the fryer hot. I had to let mine cool down a bit before eating it, but you can't get fresher than that! The chicken was crispy, juicy and very well seasoned. (Note: The Carolina Reaper is not for the faint of heart. Unlike other places that simply name a mild or watered down sauce 'Reaper,' Hot Dave's uses ACTUAL Carolina Reaper powder. I have to admit, it caught me off guard so much, that I had to take it down a notch to the 'Extra Hot' flavor, which was absolutely perfectly SPICY, spicy and flavorful.)
You can tell that the GM, Rodney, really cares about his restaurant, employees and level of service because the restaurant was spotless, bathroom was super clean, the employees especially the cashier (Marley) was incredibly friendly, welcoming and patient (for us 1st-timers.) I was also surprised to see Rodney wiping down tables and checking on the customers, asking, 'How is everything? Everything good so far?' You only see that at VERY few fast food restaurants. (You better watch out, Chic-fil-A...Rodney's coming for you!)
