Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review

Whataburger is a fast food restaurant known for its burgers. Customers have praised the cleanliness of the establishment, the hot food, and courteous service. Staff members like Rusmery and Luis Victoria have been recognized for their hard work and outstanding customer service, contributing to a positive dining experience. One customer enjoyed the limited time Iced White Chocolate Peppermint Coffee and appreciated the help of Elyas and Mario when redeeming a free Whataburger offer from the mobile app. However, some reviews mention that the staff's energy could be improved, with one customer feeling that the atmosphere was lacking enthusiasm. Overall, Whataburger continues to provide good food and service, despite some concerns about staff motivation.
