“Staffing seemed inadequate. Our server had more tables occupied during our visit and we felt that it took away from the attention each table should have received. Otherwise food was tasty & hot. Also our hot wings order arrived before our food...except it was incorrect. By the time correction was made. Our meal arrived and table was pretty tight for space. Imo the attention as guests was diminished by the lack of proper staff availability.“
“We went for Iftar buffet last minute for two people. I'm so happy they accommodated us even then. It is such a beautiful restaurant. I missed home and this restaurant reminded me of home. “First, our server Annie was AMAZING. All of our food and drinks were very good as well. We went at 7 PM on Friday evening and were surprised that there was no wait. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting great food and a nice vibe with amazing service! We will be back for sure.“
“I always forget just how good this place is until I come back! Visited Burger Island recently for the first time in 4 years and it did not disappoint one bit. We ordered the chipotle burger with sweet potato fries, the mushroom burger, the island burger, and the jr. cheeseburger off the kids menu (all combos). We spent about $55. The patties are fresh off the grill and the burgers are BIG and fully loaded. They’re definitely not stingy with their ingredients! The customer service is nothing to brag about - and is, honestly, non existential - and the place isn’t immaculately clean. BUT we come here for the food, so. No real complaints here.“

“My first Shake Shack experience!We had to try a few different things, so we went with:- Hot dog with cheese, peppers and crispy onions- Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich- Shake Stack (Cheeseburger + fried portobello mushroom)I don't often eat fast food, but I had to give it a try. The hot dog was loaded up with toppings and had a good crispy hot dog flavor. The Korean Chicken Sandwich definitely had some gochunjang or something classically Korean going on, it was very good and the piece of chicken was nice and juicy. The Shake Stack was like a mushroom burger on steroids, the whole fried portobello cap was super satisfying.It was pretty expensive ($40) to get these three items doordashed to my hotel, but the food was a tasty treat and I'm glad I got to try it.“

“The buns are out of this world!!! Go for the bread! The fries are cute letters. The onion rings are a better choice. They are fried in a light tempura batter. The burgers are good. The only downside was the bulgogi; it was too salty and wasn’t as flavorful as it used to be. I’m not sure if they changed something or it was an off day. The staff is friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and was so nice.“
“Second time here and it was as good as last time. The burger was clean to eat, no mess on my tray. The chili on the fries was actually a nice flavour. I didn't know they served beef bacon here, and although it's tougher than pork bacon naturally, it is pretty good! Staff is nice.“
“I only go through the drive thru so I don’t know quality as a patron inside. But each time I come here I get the garlic double steak burger with a side of their garlic sauce. I also get their fry seasoning. It is such an amazing and delectable experience. The depth of the butter and garlic makes it worth the far drive from me. Top fav burgers around. Cost was $7.17 for the burger alone with the extra side of garlic burger. A great price!“
“ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! After many years finally decided to check it out, got the #1 Norteña Burger. Couldn't have been more delicious. HUGE filling burger, I usually do whatatburger because of the size of the burgers but this was the same size or bigger. Thick fries, could hardly finish it which is NEVER a problem. Would definitely recommend. The jalapeño spread at the bottom is pretty spicy which was a very nice kick!“

I speak no spanish born and raised in hawaii so bilingual cashiers are a blessing for me. “I’m so happy with the food I had at KC & Dallas dosa. Awesome ambience, good service with soothing music and warm lights. We tried breakfast combo where it comes with Dosa , Tawa idly, vada and poori. All of them were perfectly delicious and especially the peanut chutney, ginger chutney & tomato chutney’s served in combo were top notch. I’m surprised with their wide varieties of Dosa’s. Apart from these we tried kc spicy chicken burger and curly fries. It’s definitely one of the best burgers I had after moving U.S . This would going to be our must stop whenever we are at Irving .“
