“I dined at the Mi Cocina on MacArthur, and the customer service was top tier!!!!!! I wore a complicated outfit and the nice female manager assisted me in the bathroom with my clothes and engaged me in conversation, and she ensured that my dining experience was amazing!!!!! Now that is customer service!!!!!!! The food was amazing, the server was fast and friendly. I came all the way from Virginia to eat at MiCocina since I had it years ago, and I will definitely be back!!!!!!“

“Had a business dinner there and it was very nice. Our server was great, and the accommodated adding a person to our table who was unexpected. They also did a wonderful job with a birthday dessert for someone in our group.
The food was fantastic as were the drinks. The only complaint I have was the noise level in the main dinging where we were sitting. There were 8 of us at the table and it was difficult to hear each other.“

This time, I went for the quesadilla—packed with flavor and definitely not dry, which is exactly how I like it. Whether it’s the loaded potato with carne asada, a bowl, or the quesadilla, Pollo Regio always delivers on taste and quality. Highly recommend for a consistently awesome meal!“

“Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Irving. We’ve had the breakfast burritos, tacos, pambazos, tacos dorados, flautas and the gorditas. Everything has been delicious! Don’t expect a big sit down area, this is the epitome of a hole in the wall and a hidden treasure! 10/10!!“

“We are up from out of town for a concert. We had attempted to go somewhere else for brunch but there was a long line. We decided at the last moment to try The Reserve. We are so glad we did!! My friend and I both got brunch (migas and an omelet) with a side of fruit. The food was delicious. The presentation was wonderful. We also split a bottle for mimosas. Little did we know that would come with bottle service, sparkler and all. It was a fun unexpected surprise. The staff was all very friendly. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. Our only complaint was that it was a little warm inside. The restrooms we very warm. But, what do you really expect in Texas when its 103 outside. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“I had a slider brisket sandwich from Halal Cuts Texas today, and I am still thinking about it! It was absolutely out of this world. I honestly can’t believe I hadn’t tried their food before.

I actually had it at an event where they were catering, and the brisket was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was amazing. I was literally dying over how good it was!

If you’ve never tried Halal Cuts Texas, you have to give them a shot. Based on this sandwich alone, I can see why people rave about them. I can’t wait to try more from their menu!

“They were friendly, quick and the food was delicious. When they brought the food to our table they heard our special needs son complain we forgot his rice. The worker immediately returned with rice and did not charge us. I had the chicken taco plate and my husband had beef tacos. All the food was delicious. The green sauce was spicy just like I like it. “The food was good rice and beans are amazing and flautas and my friends dish were amazing , service was good, the chips needed to be replaced they said it was a new batch but they were stale even the second time.. just warm, no salsa for a hot minute I had to ask for it and do the look around act but the server noticed immediately and asked me how he could help , I had to send back my michelada because it was pure hot sauce but the next drink sangria was to die for, the servers were amazing the manager was really nice and made sure we were taken care of, the only concern I would like to share is whatever is coming off the ceiling inside the women’s toilet room where it’s just the toilet has a gap as if someone can see in the restroom from up there or it looks almost like a mirror of some sort, it should probably be checked out . Overall I would definitely come back , the food the service the ambiance was enjoyable anything that needed adjusting was adjusted and that is rare to get these days!“

There was just one guy working for taking orders and cooking and doing a great job. They take orders by hand with pen & paper at the window as you enter. You pay when your food is ready. Husband's rating for his tacos. I got a Quesadilla w/Chorizo & Pastor. Although super greasy, it was a 8/10 but good flavor just messy to eat.
They give you red and green salsas. Both are good. Green is best.
There is a small area with 3 or 4 tables to eat and counter seating along the window. They had a tv on and a window air conditioner in the waiting area. It was clean too.
We try to support small family local business which this is. I encourage you all to do the same so they succeed.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but after walking in today for lunch and being greeted with “large burrito combo, right?” I figured it was well deserved. I recommend this place to everyone in the area. I look forward to the days I work in office because I know I get to have Burrito Jimmys for lunch. “We googled this place trying to find somewhere to have a quick bite when we were in the area. It's not really located near anything and the area is a little sketchy but when we read the reviews we knew we had to give it a try. We trusted the reviews and went ahead and stopped by. We were very pleased with the service and the food was delicious. The area is not that large inside but we were a group of around 10 people and they accommodated us with no problem. It was not busy during the time that we went. They had music playing and a TV on. They have a very simple setup inside the dining area. Looks like you can order to go as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite.“

“It's an outstanding restaurant for authentic Mexican food. Their tortilla chips and tostadas are unmatched. The flour tortillas are great! The corn tortillas are good as well but they don't store well, so buy only what you will consume immediately.“

“We had such a great experience at Lupe Tortilla! Our waiter, Kenyon, and the manager, Chris, were both incredibly attentive and provided excellent service.

What really stood out to us was Chris’s attention to detail and genuine care for the customer experience.

My sister noticed that the tortillas tasted and looked a little different from what we’re used to at the Houston locations, so she asked Chris if they had changed them. Without hesitation, he took it upon himself to personally make a tortilla to compare, and sure enough, it looked just like the ones we were familiar with from Houston!

We absolutely did not expect him to go out of his way to do that, let alone make one himself. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much he cares about the quality of the food and making sure customers have a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of initiative and attention to detail, and it genuinely blew us away.
