“This is one of the few all vegetarian/vegan places in Dallas. South Indian food is great in taste. It is relatively cheaper than other Indian food outlets and I would definitely recommend this place. The ambiance is excellent and a must visit. It's not crowded, not noisy around and the cleanliness is maintained well. The tea is served with no sugar and sweetness can be added as per one's preference. Masala dosa and onion uttapam were delicious.“
“Aloo Tikki Chaat was absolutely delicious! The crispy texture of the Aloo Tikki combined with the tangy and spicy flavors of the chutneys and yogurt left me craving for more. It's a perfect blend of savory and satisfying, and I can't wait to go back for another serving. Highly recommended!"Vegetarian options: All veg options available“
“This was the best South Indian place I've been at. The Service was fabulous sometimes giving us free food. The atmosphere is the best and it's really clean. The food is the best I've ever had. I would definitely go here again.“
“This was a surprising discovery for me.Affordable authentic Indian cuisine. The menu is slightly confusing for newcomers, but it is easy to understand once you learn about each main item on the menu.It was fun for me to google each item on the menu and learn about them.“
“Indian food test: I would love the dish like chat papadi, bhel, and panipuri. Service food was really good as it takes time for a few dishes because they prepared fresh, and the ambiance was Bollywood songs and respect for their team. overall great experience“
“I ordered meals, idly, medhu vadai, and parotta. While most of the food was delicious and excellent, the beetroot poriyal and the verity rice had a bad odor and seemed spoiled. It's disappointing considering the reputable restaurant. I discarded those two items and consumed the rest as they were good and tasty. I hope the restaurant addresses this promptly, especially since we often feed their food to kids.“
“Ok, taco lovers, let's talk about Velvet Taco!!! Why has no one recommended Velvet Taco to me? It's amazing. Makes me poetic, each bite was a symphony of flavors meticulously crafted from fresh, ingredients. Every component of these tacos sang with freshness, from succulent meats to crisp vegetables. It was evident that the chefs/ cooks/ prep staff took great pride in their creations, as each taco boasted a unique flavor combination that delighted the palate. One standout was the brisket- wowzah- a fantastic blend of savory flavors that left me craving more. With its commitment to inventive flavor combinations, and welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for any taco aficionado. The fresh guacamole and pleasing margarita were a nice bonus. My only caution is the seating. It is primarily high-tops, which can be problematic with small children, older people, or anyone needing physical assistance. Overall, great eats!! I'd recommend 2 tacos to start, 3 if you're really hungry.“
“The food and service was good but the atmosphere was a little shabby and could use some work but I will definitely be going back.Vegetarian options: Total vegan restaurant takes the guess work out of trying to find vegan options on the menu.“
“We went there for lunch while we were visiting Dallas from California. The place has a nice vibe. We ordered 4 different veggie tacos that are on the menu, and the one with Cauliflower was the best followed by panner and then the tofu one. We didn't really like the mushroom one, as it didn't have much flavor compared to the others. Their nacho chips are good with the avocado, and the totter tots were good too (though a little unhealthy.) I would surely recommend this place for a nice good lunch.“
“Simply put... I'mma HopeBoy's addict!!!!!!! My sister & I have been here several times a week the last few weeks! They're posted up at the back of the Tyler Station, which I didn't even know existed!!! Great vegan quality ingredients, super duper flavorful, very unique creations, and phenomenal customer service!!!!! Get there!!!!! #BlackOwned ? ?“
“I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday with my family, and this popped up in my search. The reviews convinced me, and my own experience is why I'm adding to the positive reviews. My kids and I are gluten-free, so they were so excited to find a kids menu that had lots of options for even them, such as Mac n Cheese! We are not used to getting dessert either, so that was a huge treat for us since all the desserts are gluten-free. The chocolate pudding was wonderful and plenty for us to share. Everything was fresh and tasty. My husband is glad we don't live close enough to come here every day, or we'd be broke, haha. It's definitely a place we will regularly visit when in Dallas. The place (even the bathrooms) were clean and the gal waiting on tables there was so friendly and pleasant. She came by several times to check on us, collect plates, bring us a to go box, etc. Happy we found a healthy gem that met our dietary needs and kept it tasty!Dietary restrictions: Gluten freeKid-friendliness: Gluten free kids meals is rare and wonderful!“
“I’ve eaten here religiously for the last month- almost daily. Not every meal but it’s for sure my go to for lunch and if I skip lunch then dinner! It’s always exactly the way it’s supposed to be and it tastes amazing and you can just tell the ingredients are fresh! I’ve been ordering online through delivery and if you know anything about doordash, then you know ordering through them can be a hit or miss with food chains. Not with flower child! My food always comes exactly the way I ask for it to be. They really take the time to pay attention to the special instructions section.(Vegans rejoice! There are plenty of yummy options for us here!)“
“First visit, ordered the shrimp noodle with a lemon muffin. Entree was a little salty but the muffin was tasty, I see why it's popular. Though, i the cashier if the muffin had egg, she stood there looking very confused as if she couldn't just ask her coworker standing next to her or any other nearby lol. Cute aesthetic. Guest are also nice, you can tell people mostly enjoy coming here, all vibes.Dietary restrictions: Request substitutes“
“Hands down the best and the most affordable ramen place. We frequent the one in Addison, but they have outlets across dallas.Food standards here are AMAZING.Love their Yakisoba noodles and Veg/Vegan Miso Broth Ramen. They have a good deal of options for Veg/Vegan folks out here.Portion sizes are PRETTY BIG - brace for impact and go hungry!“
“Nice place for vegan and omnivores to dine together. Prices upper median area but servings a bit small. "Soba noodles" were just thin spaghetti. Vegan chocolate pudding tasted great after you dug through way too much topping. Might return if in the area.Parking: If you can hike in from the garage they will validate at Flower Child.“
“Came here for happy hour and tried out multiple items from their menu. For drinks, I ordered a Grand Patron Margarita, and later, a Coco Passion. Both drinks were delicious and wonderfully made. For food, we ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza, chicken nachos, and boneless wings (whiskey black pepper and Buffalo). The food was great and came out hot!Our waitress was amazing and attentive and the pricing was spot on for a happy hour! The only issue was the women’s bathroom - it was terrible - but we did make sure to let someone know!“
“Arunachala Indian Vegetarian Restaurant in Coppell, TX, deserves every bit of praise for an exceptional dining experience! Our family was out and about, craving authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine, when we stumbled upon Arunachala. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. But it wasn't just the fantastic service that impressed us—it was the food! The Masala Dosa was impeccably crisp and flavorful, bursting with aromatic spices and served with delectable chutneys. The Paani Puri was an absolute delight, perfectly balanced with tangy tamarind water and filled with savory goodness. And let's not forget about the Mango Lassi—a heavenly blend of creamy yogurt and sweet mango that was utterly refreshing. Each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, showcasing the chef's mastery of Indian flavors. It's evident that Arunachala takes immense pride in delivering top-notch quality to its patrons.Needless to say, we'll be returning to Arunachala again and again to indulge in their culinary delights. “This place never disappoints! Good service and delicious food. The back portion of the restaurant has some really cool artwork on the walls that I really like. I’ve found the food to be hot, fresh, pretty and very good. Check them out. They have a yummy selection of dishes.“
“Really great experience. Our server Edwin was one of the most attentive servers I’ve ever had. My group was visiting from out of town and we had a great lunch. The food is delicious and service was great. Highly recommended!Dietary restrictions: Servers were attentive to our kid who has severe food allergies. They double-checked on everything, which was great!“
