I wore a complicated outfit and the nice female manager assisted me in the bathroom with my clothes and engaged me in conversation, and she ensured that my dining experience was amazing!!!!! Now that is customer service!!!!!!! The food was amazing, the server was fast and friendly. I came all the way from Virginia to eat at MiCocina since I had it years ago, and I will definitely be back!!!!!!“

I've gotten the privilege to live in Japan. Although one thing that haunts my soul is the yearning I have for the food that I left behind when returning home. This place filled my soul with a dinning experience that almost replicates the joys you find in a small little alley deep in the heart of Osaka, or Naha, or Tokyo.
It felt so authentic that when I closed my eyes for a moment I could believe I was back where I do desperately wanted to be.
This place doesn't just serve you food. It transports you back into the feeling of eating in Japan. Which is such a precious experience that is hard to recreate especially in America.
My waitress was wonderful the food left me in tears. I could go on and on about this place. But the bottom line is this place feeds you and your soul. I highly recommend.“

They did inform us we were not going to be seated together but it being last minute we were okay with it. They sat us in booths next to each other. Two different waitresses. Our waitress right away told us we could not be moving around from table to table. She was not able to handle such a big table. Very unprofessional disregarding we were paying customers. Not sure if we would visit again with that kind of treatment. FYI, we still tipped more than what was expected.“

“We visited SaltGrass Steak House in May 2025. We wanted the stereotypical steak, while we were on our short visit to Texas. This place did not disappoint. It is a Texas-themed steak house, which was exactly what we were seeking. The ambience is fun with a deep nod to the history of the state. The background music is quiet enough to permit conversation – which I found to be a lot more considerate than a number of other restaurants I have experienced nearby. There is a lot of Texas memorabilia on the walls, which was fun to look at. The food was outstanding. We tried some appetizers prior to our entrees. I can’t fault them. They were tasty and good value for money. Our entrees, the steaks, were perfect! If you want to taste “bliss” a visit to this place is highly advised. I hoped to sample the desserts but, because the appetizers and entrees were so delicious there was, sadly, no room. Gabe was our server. He was an absolute sweetheart. He was fun, friendly, and professional – and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this young man. To top it off, during conversation, he revealed that he has served our country in the military, and that he is a veteran. Thank you for your service, young sir. (If you visit this establishment, I hope you have the good luck to be assigned to one of Gabe’s tables!) “Peak has amazing food and great service. The staff was super friendly, helpful and very attentive. The goat leg soup with beef momo was simply amazing! I saw it on a story a while ago and was so hyped to try it. It was superb! The combination of goat, herbs and spices in the broth as well as the beef momo went exceptionally well together. I also had the badel sadheko appetizer, also very flavorful, a nice blend of herbs, spices, onions and super crispy! Overall it was a great experience and will definitely go back.“

“This was our second visit and the food was fantastic!The service was quick and friendly! We started out with fried tofu and a papaya salad, and both were very good. I had the Thai Peanut with chick, spicy level 3 (out of 5), and it was perfect! The vegetables were nicely cooked, not mushy, and there was a nice spicy kick without being unbearably spicy. I wish we had saved room for dessert. Maybe next time!“
