“Went for a late night bite to eat at the bar when I was staying in nearby Las Colinas on business - kitchen seems to be open until 11:00 pm mid week. A definite local vibe and atmosphere is a trapped in time sports bar which I very much enjoyed.

Bartender was super welcoming and helpful. Had a Mosaic IPA which was outstanding and enchiladas which were very good, a bit different in a good way and a great value.

Very happy I wound up here and recommend if you are in the area.“

They did inform us we were not going to be seated together but it being last minute we were okay with it. They sat us in booths next to each other. Two different waitresses. Our waitress right away told us we could not be moving around from table to table. She was not able to handle such a big table. Very unprofessional disregarding we were paying customers. Not sure if we would visit again with that kind of treatment. FYI, we still tipped more than what was expected.“

“Ate the Irving location and it was nice but the portions are a lot smaller… at least for my Hudson Salad, I would suggest the one on Lovers Lane. The salad on the left is at Lovers Lane and the other is Irving and you can clearly see more of the bowl. They were both delicious and service was great but I was really disappointed.“

Plus, their credit card kiosk didn’t work, so she had to be extra flexible and accommodating, going above and beyond! Jennifer at the hotel restaurant also kindly still served us, even though we ordered food about five minutes before they closed at 10! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jack B. Siegrist at Williams Square Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was warm and welcoming, creating a comforting atmosphere. Dr. Siegrist himself was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, which really put me at ease.

What stood out most was his gentle approach and attention to detail. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He made sure to answer all my questions and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process.

I’m grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Siegrist and the entire team at Williams Square Dental for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.“

“We visited SaltGrass Steak House in May 2025. We wanted the stereotypical steak, while we were on our short visit to Texas. This place did not disappoint. It is a Texas-themed steak house, which was exactly what we were seeking. The ambience is fun with a deep nod to the history of the state. The background music is quiet enough to permit conversation – which I found to be a lot more considerate than a number of other restaurants I have experienced nearby. There is a lot of Texas memorabilia on the walls, which was fun to look at. The food was outstanding. We tried some appetizers prior to our entrees. I can’t fault them. They were tasty and good value for money. Our entrees, the steaks, were perfect! If you want to taste “bliss” a visit to this place is highly advised. I hoped to sample the desserts but, because the appetizers and entrees were so delicious there was, sadly, no room. Gabe was our server. He was an absolute sweetheart. He was fun, friendly, and professional – and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this young man. To top it off, during conversation, he revealed that he has served our country in the military, and that he is a veteran. Thank you for your service, young sir. (If you visit this establishment, I hope you have the good luck to be assigned to one of Gabe’s tables!) “I had a relaxing quiet stay. My room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the areas around the hotel clean, they were wiping the stair rails and doors handles. The location is convenient for highway access and places to eat. There is also a CVS right around the corner. I will definitely stay here again.“

“We met a friend that eats here all the time. It is like a place out of time. The food tasty but you have yo flexible because you might run into a homeless person in the parking lot and the restaurant is a bit dated. But, it is a family run restaurant that has a lot of charm.

I had the Huevos Mexicanos, Refried Beans, and Corn Tortillas. Everything was tasty. Just in case you have anyone that wants Waffles, they only have Pancakes.

The service was prompt and our waitress checked on us multiple times.

The parking is a little tight on Sunday mornings. They do have a lot of patrons from the hotel behind them.

If you are open to a not so fancy diner from the past, you should definitely go for a visit.“

He claims he’s not a racist but can’t stop talking about how this business is not working up to his reputation and judges the place because the waiters are chill and not slaved on like other “typical” sports bar. This place is unique and unlike any other places I’ve seen. And I must say I’ve travelled to other countries and continents and I wouldn’t mind a new concept of a sports bar as opposed to the same old cookie cutter American sports bars. “As a frequent guest to the Clarion (hotel connected to the restaurant) I visit the bistro c bar/restaurant often and it’s one of my favorite restaurants in the DFW area. My favorite items are the chips and salsa - the salsa is home made and you can tell the quality they put into it - I also loves the chicken Alfredo. The sauce is incredible. Every time I visit Chante and the staff has a smile on their faces and create a great atmosphere. I strongly recomend giving this restaurant a try!“

“We've stayed at the NYLO LOS COLINAS Tapestry Hotel a few times now for work. On two different occasions we ventured down to the restaurant inside the hotel to order food. We didn't have high expectations because most hotel restaurants are mid... however my husband ordered the Ribeye steak, it was so tender and flavorful. I ordered the ribeye tacos and they were also delish. This last stay I ordered the Salmon and it was also very good. The ladies working the restaurant/bar ae very friendly and attentive. The menu prices are align with other top tier restaurants in a city like Dallas/Fort Worth but if you're a Hilton Honors member your daily food/drink credit will help with some of the cost. 😁“
