“Good pizza and decent delivery service...except the driver never comes to the door. In fact, he parks about 100ft from the door and calls me to come get my pizza. This is a business and I am at work; it's not always the most convenient thing to leave my post and walk across a parking lot to get delivery. The front door is clearly marked and easily accessable.“

“If I could rate 10 stars I definitely would in this case❤️ I just want to recognize the lovely GM who I happened to get when I've placed my order over the phone for my last few orders. She is by far the most professional, personable, kind spirited manager I have ever experienced. There was a blip with a delivery order that I had a couple months back and that manager on duty at the time, who was wonderful as well, remade the order and attempted the delivery once again which was successful that time. He also let me know that as a courtesy, he put a credit on my account for tye next time I had an order.

The GM, to whom this review is about is the sweet lady who took my order when I called back to place another order and redeem my credit. What I ordered was over the amount of the credit but she told me after reading the notes about the incomplete delivery incident that had happened prior, she decided that I didn't have to pay over as appreciation for allowing them to correct the issue.

Now see..THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really enjoyed meeting her in person when I came in to pick my order up. What a gem. Give her a raise immediately ++++++“
