“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! We ordered the supreme pizza, the signature, and two orders of wings and Oh My Gosh the absolute best!!! Will be going there again next time we are in dallas. Please Please support this kind and delicious establishment!!“

My children had cheeseburgers, wings, and desserts. My husband got wings and I had the fried catfish with Mac-n-cheese, and collard greens which were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Season to perfection! “I saw Wing SZN on Doordash and I knew I had to give it a try. I ordered the chipotle raspberry flavored wings and boy were they tasty. The sweet and smokiness of the flavor went extremely well together! The wings were cooked perfectly and the fries that I ordered as a side were a nice compliment to the wings. “Really enjoy wings from Wingstop. This location is located next to Aldi. They have multiple different flavors of wings to choose from in boneless or bone in. The fries are really good too. They also have a soda machine with tons of different kinds of drinks. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly and the food came out pretty fast.“

“Peter Piper Pizza is a great spot. I've never seen it looking dirty. I've never ordered food that didn't come out fresh and delicious. In fact, they serve some of the best pizza around here. Nobody that has ever helped me with anything has seemed to be in a bad mood. Almost all of the games work all is the time, and when they don't they are fixed the next time we go.
