I tried their burgers at Treys Chowdown burger showdown and I am still thinking about the amazing flavors served between a POTATO BUN! Sooo good! Today I tried their fried dark meat chicken with Lucky’s heat seasoning blend AND HOT HONEY, BAAAYYBY!!! Dont get me started on those Howlin FRIES! The food was great and the cookies for dessert was good as well
However I didn’t give a perfect score because with several employees working behind the counter and sitting in the dining no one greeted me
I looked several of them in their faces and nothing
The lady that took my order was sweet and I did nothing here greeting others. I ordered take out and they called my name and again no thank or anything

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...

“Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays. The chicken tenders are good the Fry's are good. The hot wings are good. Also the chicken and waffles are delicious and the combo is 5.99 on Wednesday. My kids like the food here. What I don't like is you have to ask for key to use the restroom. They use to have tvs playing the sports shows and now they are always off. They use to have jazz music playing and now they don't. At the other slims chickens the tvs work and the restrooms are unlocked.“

“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I was greeted by the most knowledgeable and professional Tracie who seemed like a Hall's Chicken Oracle the way she knew her numbers and prices; very impressive. And their Supervisor, Cristal had the most bubbly personality and both had warm, inviting smiles to go with the flair they had going. I had me a 2 piece white and my God the smell was Heavenly. Like the kid opening his present for the Red Rider BB gun, after receiving my food I expeditiously parked and ate my food. It's rare you have a chicken place where even the breast was juicy....
