“Tried Cowboy Chicken and I’m not gonna lie… they did NOT disappoint. The wood-fire rotisserie chicken is the real deal — juicy, flavorful, and you can actually taste that smoky, slow-roasted flavor. The skin had that perfect crisp without being dry underneath.

The sides were just as solid. The cream spinach was creamy without being heavy, and the ranchero beans had a nice little kick to them. The rolls? Soft, buttery, and lowkey addictive.

Service was quick, food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh — not like it’d been sitting around. It’s one of those spots that feels simple but hits every time.

If you want good comfort food that actually fills you up without feeling greasy, this is a go-to. Definitely coming back.“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“This location has some of the best food I have eaten in awhile. I have eaten at 2 locations since then and they did not compare to this location. The food was hot and fresh, the biscuit was just right and not hard. I understand they're busy hour, so that was understandable. I have recommended this location to several people and look forward to ordering from this location again.“

“To be fair, I've only dined in here about twice since I moved to the neighborhood in 2017. But, I do go through the drive thru at least 3x a month. The drive through service is great. I'm always greeted, they are always cheerful. I don't recall a time where they ever got my order wrong or forgot to give me something.“

“This has been a farmers branch classic since it was chicken and rice. Cheap and always hot and fresh. The two downsides of this place can be the wait when it is busy and the chicken is extremely greasy. Not sure how they can fix this. I'm pretty sure the chicken is fried in lard.“

“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I passed this place probably 15 times on my way to work n finally decided to stop, dnt think I'll get chicken wings from any other place, they really set the standard here. I mean they were so good I order a to go box. The jalapenos literally burst in my mouth, no place in the entire metro has given me that experience. They got some SERIOUS potential here,“

The only complaint was that there was no tables for on-site dining. This definitely a good choice for chicken considering the competition of chicken restaurants in the area.“

My kids like the food here. What I don't like is you have to ask for key to use the restroom. They use to have tvs playing the sports shows and now they are always off. They use to have jazz music playing and now they don't. At the other slims chickens the tvs work and the restrooms are unlocked.“

“Pretty honest staff that go extra arrived there late at night upon almost closing time and they still took me in they were pretty clear that there was going to be a waiting time for their chicken to be prep which I was willing to wait after waiting for 15 minutes they handed out my order and when I got home and opened up my order I was surprised they threw in an extra piece of chicken 🐔🍗 for the waiting time which was awesome 😎👍 on their behalf, absolutely love the waffle pickles 🥒 that come with the order.“
