“You can NOT go wrong with Lucky’s chicken. The food is custom - fresh - made to order. I tried their burgers at Treys Chowdown burger showdown and I am still thinking about the amazing flavors served between a POTATO BUN! Sooo good! Today I tried their fried dark meat chicken with Lucky’s heat seasoning blend AND HOT HONEY, BAAAYYBY!!! Dont get me started on those Howlin FRIES! We drove from Joshua Texas and let me tell ya - WORTH THE DRIVE! The only bad thing I have to say about Luckys Hot Chicken is that there are so many AMAZING MENUE CHOICES - its hard to narrow down. “Visiting Dallas and saw this place had solid reviews. I went at a busy hour and wasn’t able to stick around long enough to get my food, so I retracted my order and decided to come back later. When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“This location has some of the best food I have eaten in awhile. I have eaten at 2 locations since then and they did not compare to this location. The food was hot and fresh, the biscuit was just right and not hard. I understand they're busy hour, so that was understandable. I have recommended this location to several people and look forward to ordering from this location again.“

“To be fair, I've only dined in here about twice since I moved to the neighborhood in 2017. But, I do go through the drive thru at least 3x a month. The drive through service is great. I'm always greeted, they are always cheerful. I don't recall a time where they ever got my order wrong or forgot to give me something.“

I used to do curbside business here with them on a pretty regular basis. This is very disappointing. Chick-fil-A needs to re-examine. Curbside business model. Ugh🙄“

“I use the mobile ordering and pickup here. Never had an issue and the orders are out pretty fast. People will block the mobile pickup line sometimes if they are in the wrong lane. That gets annoying. Overall a good location and close to me.“

“LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION … This location is the BEST to visit. It is in Downtown Dallas, the inside is spacious, and has patio seating. Yes, it is family, child, and service animal friendly. If you’re like us, you can enjoy your food and people watch. Their fried pickles and jumbo wings are to die for. Lunch specials are worth a try, but we’ve frequented it so long, we just go. 😂🤙🏽✊🏽 It’s ALWAYS spotless (clean) with a dope vibe and music. We just love, love, love returning as regular and seeing familiar faces like the incredible manager J, who loves the customers and staff so much it shows in her actions and spirit. “I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I appreciate him very much and I hope he receives recognition for his great work ethic and care for customers. Thank you Ja Mal!“

I passed this place probably 15 times on my way to work n finally decided to stop, dnt think I'll get chicken wings from any other place, they really set the standard here. I mean they were so good I order a to go box. The jalapenos literally burst in my mouth, no place in the entire metro has given me that experience. They got some SERIOUS potential here,“

“Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays. The chicken tenders are good the Fry's are good. The hot wings are good. Also the chicken and waffles are delicious and the combo is 5.99 on Wednesday. My kids like the food here. What I don't like is you have to ask for key to use the restroom. They use to have tvs playing the sports shows and now they are always off. They use to have jazz music playing and now they don't. At the other slims chickens the tvs work and the restrooms are unlocked.“

“Pretty honest staff that go extra arrived there late at night upon almost closing time and they still took me in they were pretty clear that there was going to be a waiting time for their chicken to be prep which I was willing to wait after waiting for 15 minutes they handed out my order and when I got home and opened up my order I was surprised they threw in an extra piece of chicken 🐔🍗 for the waiting time which was awesome 😎👍 on their behalf, absolutely love the waffle pickles 🥒 that come with the order.“

I never eat egg rolls but I ate theirs! So crispy and delicious! I also got the pink lemonade and the sweetness level was perfect for me.
