“Not a bad lunch spot. You can get better quality food here for the same price as most fast food restaurants. The setup is a little weird. It's self service sort of, but it worked out in the end. My only real gripe is that is that these sauces are clearly for a European pallette in terms of spice. The Xtra Hot is a little less spicy than Wingstop Original. I kinda expected a whooping when I doused my chicken in it. I guess that's what happens when you've grown up in Texas I suppose.“

However I didn’t give a perfect score because with several employees working behind the counter and sitting in the dining no one greeted me
I looked several of them in their faces and nothing

“Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays. The chicken tenders are good the Fry's are good. The hot wings are good. Also the chicken and waffles are delicious and the combo is 5.99 on Wednesday. My kids like the food here. What I don't like is you have to ask for key to use the restroom. They use to have tvs playing the sports shows and now they are always off. They use to have jazz music playing and now they don't. At the other slims chickens the tvs work and the restrooms are unlocked.“

I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food, but the customer service was outstanding the entire time. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers.
