When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. “Love this place and have since a kid but it’s booming a little much. Some of the new hires seem to not add to the restaurant. Today I tried to order the same meal I always get the same way I’ve always gotten it and I was told “To get more sauces you have to pay cash.” That has never been true literally not as of last week I ordered a few extra sauces with my card. Very strange change or method of service. Major love and respect to all the OGs but some of the new girls-eh.“

“I got the new/returning catfish and two chicken tenders with fries.

The chicken was crispy on the outside and hot and tender on the inside.

The catfish was breaded perfectly and was hot and tender. It was so tender it falls apart eating it.

They have multiple levels of heat, or, no heat. Start with medium and work your way up.

“My Husband and I went into this location on 7/24, 30 mins before closing. We were greeted by Jakob who was still all smiles and jokes despite the large crowd awaiting food before closing. We made our ordered and Alondra asked if we were interested in wating 25 mins for food. With the clear communication, willingness, and kindness of your staff we happily waited chatted with other customers as well as staff to make the best of our wait. Throughout that wait the staff consistently communicated and kept the good vibes going. That crew went above and beyond and not to mention I had a large order.“

“The wings are absolutely amazing! Service was excellent as well. There really is no atmosphere other than people standing around waiting for their food. There are no tables & chairs, so no dining in. There's a small ledge by the windows for people to sit on if they want. But the space itself could use a really good deep cleaning. However, it didn't deter me from going back the very next day for more. That chicken is so damn good it's ridiculous! I wasn't aware there were other items on the menu. My husband has only ever gotten me wings. But I plan to try everything because those wings have me in a damn chokehold! Great job, Henderson!

“No complaints other than the “Ms. Linda Seasoning” is not the same seasoning used at the restaurant. I paid $10 for it, and it’s not even the same color as the seasoning they use on the food there. It tastes more like powder than actual seasoning.“

“Cleanest and most organized one I’ve ever been to. Came to this one on westmoreland after leaving the one on Hampton and Davis. Because they had nothing ready and were so unorganized.
