When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 Experience! I recently visited Wicked Chicken in Red Oak, and I have to say the food was absolutely amazing 100/10! When I first walked in, it didn’t seem like the friendliest environment, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, as we were leaving, Brooklyn completely changed my perspective. Her smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service truly sealed the deal for me. Brooklyn was so sweet, welcoming, and genuine. She made us feel appreciated as customers, and that type of service goes a long way. I would suggest that everyone on staff take a page from Brooklyn’s book when it comes to customer service. Her positive attitude left a lasting impression and is one of the main reasons I’ll be back. Great food and exceptional customer service from Brooklyn. Keep up the great work!“

“No complaints other than the “Ms. Linda Seasoning” is not the same seasoning used at the restaurant. I paid $10 for it, and it’s not even the same color as the seasoning they use on the food there. It tastes more like powder than actual seasoning.“

“Hall's Chicken is just as much a staple in Dallas as Rudy's.... Going by here took me all the way back to 2001 with the Footaction crew and sending up orders.... So with this feeling of nostalgia I decided to see if Hall's had endured the test of time.... I was greeted by the most knowledgeable and professional Tracie who seemed like a Hall's Chicken Oracle the way she knew her numbers and prices; very impressive. And their Supervisor, Cristal had the most bubbly personality and both had warm, inviting smiles to go with the flair they had going. I had me a 2 piece white and my God the smell was Heavenly. Like the kid opening his present for the Red Rider BB gun, after receiving my food I expeditiously parked and ate my food. It's rare you have a chicken place where even the breast was juicy.... Everything hit its mark, followed by a Sprite. Thank you Hall's for the trip down memory lane and the reassurance that y'all will always be the same....“

“We use to eat here years ago, food prices just got to expensive. We recently visited and noticed that the prices had dropped. Anyway the food was really hot, good and fresh. They even gave us coupons which brought us back for a 2nd visit. See you all next time!“

“The wings are absolutely amazing! Service was excellent as well. There really is no atmosphere other than people standing around waiting for their food. There are no tables & chairs, so no dining in. There's a small ledge by the windows for people to sit on if they want. But the space itself could use a really good deep cleaning. However, it didn't deter me from going back the very next day for more. That chicken is so damn good it's ridiculous! I wasn't aware there were other items on the menu. My husband has only ever gotten me wings. But I plan to try everything because those wings have me in a damn chokehold! Great job, Henderson!

I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. Not only was the food hot and crispy, but it also had that homemade taste that made it truly special. I've been to Halls Honey Fried Chicken three days in a row because their food is just that good! “ready to the end, you'll like it If you get in there when the chicken is first cooked you are good. But if you get in there and check as many cook you are bad. Make sure it's always busy that way that when you get there you don't have to worry about old chicken. Two cheese always the best because they have two for one I don't like going into places where the food gets old“

“Keep in mind that it's inside a Shell gas station, but what got me posting this review is extremely budget friendly Monday and Tuesday special leg and a thigh for the amazing low price of only $1.84! (fries and biscuit sold separately)“
