“I just wanted to say that I always have a great experience at this location in Lancaster on Pleasant Run. I frequent there about once a week and the staff is amazing! They always laugh and talk with me whenever I come around. Jamal’s chicken is always pretty tasty. Maria usually takes my order and she is so sweet. I met Monique once and she was awesome. The other ladies & cook have been pretty great as well. Thumbs up to everyone!“

We got the box of chicken biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy. We never knew spicy for Church's is seasoned. We appreciate good food and service. It was so great we came back and we were talking to the staff and management on how good the spicy chicken was. The young man immediately apologized that he accidentally gave me the original. I told him it was okay. He immediately made a box of spicy chicken. And for my patience, he gave me both boxes of chicken. To the staff here, keep doing a great job. You're young, but never forget. Grade A Service goes a long way!!!!! Thanks to the staff that day and the regional training manager that allowed them the space to provide an excellent experience that day!“

“Tried this out for the 1st time. My thoughts... Food was decent. Strips...meaty Waffle fries 100x better than Chik-fil-a's! Pricing was decent. Draw backs... 1. If I want to order thighs individually, I should not be denied. 2. Upon ordering jalapeños... Not sure how fried chicken joints are in Nashivile, but, here in Texas. When we order jalapeños, that means WHOLE pickled jalapeños, in which allows us to bite the tip of the jalapeños off, & squeeze the juices onto the chicken. & not a small ramekin of 4 nacho sliced jalapeños! Did not come for nachoes! 3. If you're gonna have products out, where the public can see. At least take the bread from their Great Value bags. & store in a lexan, labeled & dated. Trust me, I've been in that situation on numerous occasions. 4. Stop Killing Trees!! So many wasted paper bags per patron. Consolidate!! Good luck“

“Our go to on a Friday night. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Food comes out hot and fresh every time. I always look forward to seeing China with that big pretty smile she will always make sure we have all that we need to complete our meals. “We moved to the area about 3 weeks ago, we know nothing about this area my 5 year old and I, she loves chicken it was walking distance, came here got chicken tenders for her, I got the 3 PC mixed, loved it, they gave my daughter candy. We just went again tonight well my daughter wanted the chicken I got last time so we shared a 5 PC mixed, My daughter remembered from last time they give suckers candy if they have them. Well the 2 beautiful young ladies gave her some, made us feel so welcomed, new to the area and just felt at home that was amazing for us. Remind yall, we just moved to the area I took her to the neighborhood around the corner for Halloween yall we walked 2 blocks no candy in her bucket after 2 blocked we just walked home. Single mother with my 5 year old I felt so blessed just to see a smile on my baby face tonight as times have been super hard. And also we tore that chicken UPP. and will definitely be back!!!!“

“Great local place for fried chicken fingers and chicken wings. The chicken fingers are so crispy and so good! A good option for cheat day! Although if you eat it too often, your bf may have his own cheat day, if you know what I mean! Prices are reasonable. I got 8 chicken fingers and they are huge, enough for two people's dinner and then some! All for $6.89 with a free side of fried rice! I hope they stay affordable like this!“
