“I Google good lunch in Midlothian and this popped up. My daughter and I tried it and it was delicious. I tried the southern one and my daughter tried the one with cranberries. (Can't remember the names)
The young lady that helped us at the register was super nice and allowed me to try a certain bread and chicken salad before I purchased. That was very nice.
It was a great place and I look forward to going again.“

“The week I went I previously went to the Arlington location and the service was horrible and the food wasn’t good but on Wednesday I went to this location the girls working the front were so sweet and helpful and even ask to help me to take my food to my car and it was the best experience and the food extremely yummy !!“

“Ordered some fish and sides in the drive through. Employees were super nice and the food was incredible. Service gets a 4 because I had to wait a little bit more than 10 minutes after they took payment - I prefer knowing that there's a wait before they take my money so I can decide if I'm willing to wait the extra time.

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.
Overall, it was a great meal with excellent service, and I’d definitely come back again. Thanks to Natalie and the team for providing such a smooth experience!“

“Got my lunch today from this location since its near my job and let me tell you. This location is always on it even when they've got lines for days in the drive thru. Got some of the best employees you're gonna find in the DFW area. Really wanna highlight Sebastian at the window, highly professional guy and always takes extra steps to make sure the experience is a satisfactory one! Hope the Chik Fil A company really appreciates these guys and gals here, they're doing a fantastic job.“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “Stopped by Chick-fil-A for lunch today and was impressed as always. The line was long, but they moved it fast — those drive-thru folks are pros. The chicken sandwich was crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and I love how the staff always greet you like they actually mean it. The lemonade tasted extra fresh too. Fun fact: they hand-stretch their dough for biscuits daily. I’d give my visit a 10/10 for kindness and flavor.“
