“The week I went I previously went to the Arlington location and the service was horrible and the food wasn’t good but on Wednesday I went to this location the girls working the front were so sweet and helpful and even ask to help me to take my food to my car and it was the best experience and the food extremely yummy !!“

“Excellent experience at this KFC in Midlothian! The restaurant is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is fast.

And I have to mention the music! Hearing The Temptations and the Bee Gees while enjoying your food is such a great touch. It takes you right back to the music of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s. Great food, great service, and great music it honestly makes you want to stay a little longer and come back again.

“Ordered some fish and sides in the drive through. Employees were super nice and the food was incredible. Service gets a 4 because I had to wait a little bit more than 10 minutes after they took payment - I prefer knowing that there's a wait before they take my money so I can decide if I'm willing to wait the extra time.
But again, the food was delicious and the employees are super nice“

“Tried Bob’s for the first time as we are new to the area. The food is FIVE stars!! My husband and I had fried fish, Cajun fries, corn nuggets, and the Mac and cheese balls appetizer. All of the food was fresh and cooked to order! Every thing tasted homemade, even down to hand cut fries and the Mac and cheese balls. The fish is INSANELY crispy and panko breaded. The portions are ENORMOUS and the prices are a steal! Highly recommend Bob’s and will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.

“We had a great visit! We stopped by on a weekday for lunch while visiting out of town and they were full! Service was still extremely fast and everyone we encountered was very polite. We haven’t had a single bad experience at any Chicken Salad Chick but there was something really nice about our visit today. The place just had a great atmosphere!“

Although my order is normally large, no one is upset that they have to make such a big order early in the morning. I have a lot of respect for the team at this location. I love the fries, pickles, and peppers with a slice of bread that it comes with as well. I got The macaroni and cheese I was a little worried when I saw it, but man does it deliver some good flavor. The only mistake was I ordered the tropical punch Kool-Aid and got a tropical punch soda, but it was still delicious. I also got the livers. They were good as well. Everything was pretty crisp, which I like that. I will definitely return. I see some people complaining about the customer service, but I had no issues with that. The young lady working today, Wednesday, March 18 at around noon-ish was awesome. Very good Customer service to me.“
