“The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when there are a lot of people at the restaurant, service is still great and efficient. When I go through the drive thru, the line moves fairly quickly. And, the food is always good. I typically go to Cane's at least once a week.“

“Before I start off, I would like to say that I absolutely enjoy this chicken. Ive never had an issue at the location until tonight. So my go to spice is medium because it has a nice kick to it, not to spicy but flavorful. Last time I came it tasted really spicy like hot and I didnt say anything because it wasn't a big deal and they were busy. But tonight I came through the drive thru got the same spice level (medium) and went home to eat it. I bite into it and the spice just hits me. So l yes I ate it but I called and asked if the ingredients changed and the lady said no, and I said it tastes really spicy and b4 I finished she replied with "mhm okay bye bye." Please hire people with customer service skills. I wasnt rude but if I was the manger I would like to make things right by maybe checking how they are making it spicy for future orders.“
