“Me and my girlfriend came here after seeing the latest Avatar movie around 10pm when we ordered thru the drive thru it was good service although the wait was 20 minutes for our food it was delicious I would recommend coming through later at night because reading the other reviews it seems the day shift might be the problem“

“a great experienci for me!.. exquisit food“

“First time ordering from here and it was awesome. Flavorful food and nice staff. I like a little spice to my food and this place has plenty. Chicken is very good!! Will definitely be coming back again“

“First time Diners in Cedar Hill . Everything was wonderful. We got the chicken and fried steak! Yum Yum! Ivy was our server and did an excellent job! We will be back! 6/19/24 Keith &Susan“

“First time here. We were immediately greeted by a clean environment and friendly cashier named James. He patiently and quickly answered any questions and helped us pick what spicy level would work for us.
We were checked on a few times while eating to make sure we weren’t in need of anything, which is a huge step above for most fast food places.
The food was freshly made and delicious, and we were impressed with how spicy the extra hot turned out to be.
Great experience! Looking forward to coming back to this location.“

“Chicken Salad Chick is a great spot for a quick, tasty meal! The chicken salad was fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The portions were satisfying, and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. Definitely a place I’d happily visit again for the broccoli salad alone!“

“I love 😘 it here we eat here all they time the seasons is life you can't go wrong with Texas chicken in fish“

“Lisa's Chicken on Cooper st.is my favorite place to stop for my chicken fix 😀. I used to be a Churches chicken fan, but with their increase in prices and smaller pieces of chicken I had to find a new favorite stop. Lisa's Chicken has a great crispy skin, with juicy meat. The seasoning they use is unique to them, iI have not experienced that flavor profile any where else. Stop and give them a try, the price is budget friendly, you won't be disappointed.“

“Clean, bright, and good vibes all around. A great spot to chill and enjoy some spicy food. Laid-back atmosphere with good music and a welcoming feel. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy—easily some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken I’ve had!“

“Maelyn helped another customer out with another shake because the customer didn’t like it and it was new. I overheard the conversation and was impressed by the professionalism and dedication she had to making people feel valued. She is a manager in the making!!

Thank you for keeping customers happy in this crazy economic time!“

“Okay I've been back a few times since the last fiasco. I think that was just an honest mistake in reading, or maybe read the wrong order. I don't know. So I've changed my review. Their chicken is very good. So I have to change this. The only complaint I have is that it is slow. It's like waiting on Whataburger. It can take you 20 minutes to get through the line. But it might be worth it The chicken is that good.“

“I usually order for pickup. My first impression of this place was that it wasn't kind of place I expected (it's in a strange neighborhood). But my food is always hot and fresh, and I'm usually in and out within seconds.

Trip's special is the fried fish, mac, slaw, and a drink. Fish is legit; seasoned well, crispy coating, moist and delicious. Gotta have it with the tartar. Mac is nice and cheesy with good texture. I usually don't like slaw, but Lisa's slaw is sweet, delicious, and really helps to cut down the grease. Recommend throwing in some hushpuppies too.

Chicken is pretty good most of the time, it stays crispy, tender, and juicy for a while. Not mind-blowing delicious, but homestyle and very good for the value you get out of this place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, filling, satiating meal. Hits different when you're on the drive home and you're too lazy to chef up.“

“Cowboy Chicken Eljay was an awesome cashier—very knowledgeable about the menu and handled multiple tasks with ease. Service was quick, the food was hot, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Great customer service and an overall pleasant experience Store 20048“

“This location is convenient but the last two times I’ve been there they have forgotten my rolls
I went tonight and I paid for the 5 piece chicken dinner and I just got home and I’m disappointed to see one of my rolls missing.
Yes it’s only 1 roll but I was counting on it for our work lunches tomorrow“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“The fried chicken is good, fresh, and hot. I’m glad they have one in Arlington! I will definitely be back. The service is good, there is a young lady that is taking orders, preparing the order by herself and is not missing a beat!!!“

“Got Chicken Tenders w/sides and Their chicken and fried rice. Both were Delicious!!!! I also like the sauce they gave me for my tenders yummy 😋
I did get 1 peice of catfish for my hubby, and he said it tasted yummy as well.
So thanks yall for a great dinner, definitely going back“

“It's Average Chicken Place, Not better than any other Chicken place. Tried for First Time, It's Meh Ok“

“Fresh & hot chicken. I usually get the 5 PC tenders, and always get a couple if extras thrown in which make their low prices even better. Always great service. Always quick. I love going here for a less expensive & fast lunch optiin“

“Love chicken salad, this to me tastes like the stuff my mom and gram made. Came with fresh fruit and a cookie for dessert. Really enjoyable and will stop again when working in the area.“

“Best spot ever!! In hurst ❤️👍🏼👍🏼🦾🦾“

“Brought my friend here to tag along with me and she is a vegetarian so she didn’t want to get anything. they gave her a bag of free broccoli salad and pasta salad etc and I thought that was just so considerate and accommodating! This was the best chicken salad i’ve ever had“

“Not a bad place at all. Service was prompt, efficient and on point. Food wasn't awesome, definitely not bad either.

I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.

The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.

Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.

Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.

Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.

I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

“I go there often to get mainly tender chicken good place to eat highly recommended

Parking: Plenty space to park

Kid-friendliness: It's a well known place for family meals

Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the place and the tables have access to replace chairs for wheelchair accommodation“

“The wings from this place are genuinely amazing, the crispness and flavor are just so perfect 🥹🥹 my sister brought some home and I gobbled them up. One of the best places I’ve ever gotten wings from for sure, a must have if you like wings quick ramen or just want a snack!!“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“Likely the best fried chicken and sides around...BUT, the staff is not welcoming or friendly. Also, the a/c hasn't been cooling well for months and the dining room tables and benches are ALWAYS dirty...even when they're not busy.“

“Food came out hot and super fast prob came out in 3-5 mins. Got my food before I even put my straw in my drink. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. I'll give you 5 stars except for the noisy high schoolers which is out of your control. Will stop by again.“

“So my first experience at the Chick fil a at the north east mall was amazing. Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. That she wanted my first experience at cfa to be good. I was shocked that she paid my meal. She was super friendly and sweet. I swear i wish we were bestfriends lol. Very happy that theres good people out there still. Overall food was great! Service was awesome and she made my whole day!!!!“

“Excellent service thanks!!❤“

“If your are traveling on hwy 30 and love fried chicken you must stop here. I don't eat fried chicken often but this one really got the spot. The breading was delicious. The flavor and and crisp level were spot on. This almost tasted homemade. All other fried chicken chains taste good but this just had a better flavor in my opinion. They also have a huge selection of beverages. The family meals are priced competitively. I have attached a few pictures of the inside. Tried it and you'll taste for yourself. Enjoy!!“

“Good, cheap and fast. I've only eaten gizzards from there but I love them

***My original, above comment was made 7 YEARS AGO and it still rings true today April 10, 2026. The food here is amazing. I literally drive from Cedar Hill just to eat here. The prices are beyond reasonable and the food is cooked once ordered so it's always really fresh. I've never ever had a bad experience here“

“It was fast and the people were friendly“

“I never leave reviews but had to share my opinion on this place and it is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“The 4pc chicken was absolutely delicious crispy, juicy and flavorful the mashed potatoes was also flavorful and perfectly well done. The drink juice of high-c was not watered down. The honey biscuits was buttery and crispy. To end off on that note, the customer service of Dipak R ( cashier ) absolutely kind.“

“This location was slammed, lines around the building, but it was still so clean, fast and the employees are so kind. I am always so impressed. The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. The kids area was very clean and the food was great. 0 complaints.“

“Always check your order before you leave the drive thru.“

“Went to my favorite chicken and rice place after coming to visit Texas from Seattle. I missed their crispy chicken and combination fried rice with the egg roll?I tried to see their reviews online but seems like they have very few updates or reviews.“

“favorite Chick-Fil-A in the area! so close to the house, always super fast and always friendly service! never have had a problem with the food - always so good!! service is just the best though - everyone is so kind! love Chick-Fil-A slake!“

“Lisa’s chicken is one of my favorite spots. I definitely love how fresh my food was made to order unlike the one on sycamore school Road. I will definitely be back. This was my first time there & I will be back. Your store is definitely my new favorite. I will be back🤗😜🥰“

“Excellent service as always. The cashier took our order and was patient and kind with my seven year old while she said what she wanted. They forgot the toy with the kids meal and quickly fixed it.
Everything came as ordered. So easy! Good was great and the place was very clean throughout! I would absolutely go back.

They had such cute fresh carnation flowers inside at each table“

“Everything was wonderful as always“

“I live in Euless and this was my first visit to this location. I absolutely will have this location as my favorite (have been going to the Bedford) Mohamed was amazingly friendly and professional! The environment felt like home . Vanessa Jose and magaly were so friendly and nice please please please acknowledge these amazing people! It starts with leadership and Mohamed has done a great job with this team.“

“I love me some Williams Chicken wish yall was still here in Paris Tx“

“Thank you for supporting the Lamar High School staff yesterday. Very much appreciated. 💛💙💛💙“

“They never mess up an order....ever. For fast food, that's impressive.

Update: I still love this place but the last three times I have asked for extra bell peppers with my salad, they’ve forgotten. So today, at the window, I asked “and are you sure you put the extra bell peppers in there?” And the girl said “Yes!” Annnnnd I got home and don’t have them. Gahhh I know it’s not that important but they used to always get it right and now it just doesn’t happen anymore. I’d be happy to pay extra for it too. I just want the extra peppers for my salad.“

“We first tried Zaxby’s in NC and we were thrilled to find it in TX. The chicken is delicious but we love the dipping sauce.“

“I'd recommend this place twice if I could, no 3 times . 1. For customer service. 2. For organization. 3. For speed and and accuracy.“
