“My first time ever having Canes was great! They had my food out in literally less than 2 minutes. Chicken was super duper crispy maybe a lil too much breading but it was super good. Toast was solid, and the fries were alright, nothing to write home about. But man that canes sauce was so good. I don't like sauce on things at all, I'm barbeque sauce and nothing else, not even ketchup or mustard, but that canes sauce was something else. TLDR: My first time at Raisin Canes and it will not be my last, they hype is absolutely worth it 🔥“

“The best Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is already known for great customer service, but this location takes it to another level. My mom gets her daily tea from here, but she recently had knee surgery and can't drive. Team member Cathy hand-delivered a tea to her house two weeks in a row. The service here is above and beyond!“

“My 4 year old got so excited when one of the Lady managers struck up a conversation on how pretty her dress was. While I was ordering Iris is usually shy around new people but took to her and did her own 4 year old conversation. How pretty her dress was and made it a awsome experience for Iris. “Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. “I was visiting from Canada and I came here a couple days ago to try Canes for my first time. I dined in and I had the BEST experience ever. The vibe in the restaurant was so sweet and my server was so nice. He would take my plates out without me even needing to get up and always asked if i needed anything. I had asked his name and he said it was Hayden. This young man deserves more recognition for the hard work he puts in. This being my first time at a raising canes I didn't know what to expect, but, it certainly wasn't restaurant type waitering. And another thing, the food was amazing. I had asked for extra fresh and they delivered. I was pleasantly surprised and now I wish we had canes in Canada. Love this place!“

“We ordered at the drive thru and they told us to park in handicapped parking to wait.🤦‍♀️ Then the girl told us we would actually have to come in to get our food because company policy is that they cant bring food out after dark. So I guess I'm curious why they even have a drive thru open at night if they are going to make you park and then make you go in anyway! Our order was over $50 and I love the chicken but am shocked at the terrible service!“
